Shentel no longer works well with Apple devices, so I tried ShentelEmail , it’s worse. Gonna change email to something that works with Apple.
I could at first delete emails through ShentelEmail . Now I have to go in and log on through website to delete emails..
When I compose an email or reply, I cannot see what I am typing. It is visible to the receiver, but not to me. I just reinstalled your latest version, it did not help. I tried to use “contact support”. It says the address, which it automatically inserts, is invalid (shentel.net). Tried to change to shentel.com but it will not let me.
Just lousy all around
App crashes when you try to forward or write new emails.
ShentelEmail seems to work ok but I cannot move emails across accounts.
Not enough explanations on ‘how to ‘ remove/delete/change things in the settings. I’ve worked hours trying to clean up the menu and still no luck. Disappointing!
