I have the system in several business locations and it’s by far the worst one that I’ve ever used. It was promoted to me by someone who said it was the best hahah absolutely zero customer service. I’ve had issues since the second week of using it according to the person who installed it you cannot get anywhere with support and I’m out a lot of money as I’m having to replace all of them with a new system and the person that installed it will not even communicate with me anymore. Total garbage.
Starting using AlibiVigilant in June 2023. It is unstable, crashes, and goes offline repeatedly. Notifications are out of sync. Meaning when a notice is tapped, AlibiVigilant opens and shows notices from 2 hours ago, and not the current one. Live screen shows views from two days ago. I have restarted all devices and the modem/router. All other apps on my devices are operating as expected, so it's not the network
I have not been able to find a user guide, and there doesn't appear to be contact for support
Had the camera 3 months and apparently they aren’t recording anymore and the company is refusing to do anything claiming a surge went through the equipment they put up. Do not do business with them. We will be contacting the BBB.
AlibiVigilant is great for people at all levels of tech experience. Some security camera apps can be so intimidating, with features nobody really cares about. The Vigilant App keeps it simple and to the point, but yet has all the features a homeowner needs to protect their home/family & a business owner needs to protect their employees/profits.
People who are complaining about AlibiVigilant probably got crappy internet or switched up the internet service provider causing the cameras to not work anymore. Mine work fine and look crystal clear.
AlibiVigilant makes viewing my cameras, very simple, and they pull up quickly. Playback can be done right from AlibiVigilant without going to the recorder.
Love the ease of use. I can open it easily and see all my cameras.
