Despite having an “order online” button on the Aurora, CO store location, you are forced to download the app and register an account in order to even be told that your location doesn’t offer online ordering. At the Aurora location, I’ve sat on hold for 15 minutes and gotten to the restaurant and discovered there was nobody in line and no reason they couldn’t have taken an order fifteen literal minutes ago. It’s ridiculous that they do this and then have the gall to be dishonest about online ordering. I shouldn’t have to periodically download this app to check again if online ordering is yet available. Fix your website and stop promoting “ordering online” for location detail pages that are not yet supported.

The system completely failed. The restaurant had no record of receiving the order. They were able to finally get it to refresh and have the order show up, but it took 10 minutes and 6 different people trying. They found it but I then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make the food. There were two other people there at the same time picking up orders that also didn’t show up. When your website forces me to download your app to order, it doesn’t seem like too much to ask that it actually works at the most basic function of putting in the order.

I got this app just to check and see if my location was listed (thanks to everyone who sent reviews!) Spoiler alert: It was not. Today I (tried to) get on the app to check a different area, and it acted like it was my first time using the app. Went to create an account, but it failed during the loading phase after entering info. App is now dead to me. Also, whoever wrote this needs to take serious stock of their UX design. The birthday date entry field was really badly designed. Overall, the app as it sits feels like someone’s first attempt at making an iOS app.
