Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Fly app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Fly app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fly app on iPhone
Update Fly app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fly iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fly on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fly network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Fly not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Fly app issues:

Force Stop the Fly App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Fly app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Fly to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fly App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Fly app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Fly.

Fix Fly unable to contact server/ Fly internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Fly » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Fly » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fly on android.
