My Sayana app will not work. The check in screen is fine but if I go to the message/post button it will load and then just give me a blank screen. What do I do?

About a year ago, I downloaded the Sayana App, it helped me. I tried getting the app again but could not find it on the app store anymore… So I went to my iPhone’s last purchases and found the app there and downloaded it. When I tried logging in, it just… doesn’t work… When I tried going to the web and download it there, it says that the app ain’t available on my region or something? Which makes no sense because I had it before in the same region… I have no idea what it going on…

How to fix Sayana app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sayana app on iPhone
Update Sayana app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sayana iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sayana on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sayana network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sayana Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sayana not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sayana App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sayana » click [Force Stop]

Update Sayana to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sayana App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sayana » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sayana.

Fix Sayana unable to contact server/ Sayana internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sayana » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sayana » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sayana
