Hi- I'm trying to upload a PDF photo to my review, but the website says it cannot load it. How do I include the photo? Thank you

To resolve RealSelf network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the RealSelf App
1. On android, goto Settings » RealSelf » click [Force Stop]

Clear RealSelf App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RealSelf » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RealSelf.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RealSelf » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RealSelf » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RealSelf
