Something just don’t seem right

First card didn’t come so I contacted the company to get a new card. Received the card and downloaded CARDcomPremiumBanking . CARDcomPremiumBanking didn’t recognize my email so i called the number that was on the card. The representative told me to download CARD premium or premium CARD. Everything went through but I was kind of funny that they still had the card that never came still in my account. I set up my direct deposit and it seem like everything was fine.

Two days later I received an email stating my account was suspended due to verification. So I looked into CARDcomPremiumBanking and it showed the card that never came with my account being closed. I called customer service which took an hour to get some for the lady to tell me that I have to send a picture of my ID (front and back) my social security card, my address and proof of employment. Like what! Why do y’all need my personal information for a prepaid card. She stated that this was the companies policy and this would be the only way i can get my account back.

When applying for this card no where did it state that I needed to provide my personal information, when i spoke with a representative to activate my card she did not disclosed that information. So now I have to change my direct deposit, payment delayed because I refuse to send my personal information to this company

Lacking something more, but a good banking app overall!

Besides the super amazing card designs (which is actually a really nice touch, I enjoy being able to have unique and fun card designs instead of something plain and common. Helps me know if it’s my card besides my name on it haha!!)

But besides that CARDcomPremiumBanking is VERY limited. There isn’t much to this besides the cool cards. I just wish it had a little something more to it or that it was a bit easier to navigate. Also I would really prefer that my transactions would be a little more detailed.. They are so vague that most of the time I have to really rack my brain to remember where and when I made the transaction based on the little details of whatever they title it. Sometimes I almost freak out thinking I wasn’t the one who made the transaction at first until I’m like ohh, Yeah I think I remember that one 😭🤦🏻It’s not a horrible banking app, if you’re looking for simplicity then sign up.. But overall, like I said, it’s definitely not a horrible app by any means. It’s just lacking a little more to it is all! Other than all of that I’ve been pretty satisfied with the bank and so far haven’t ever really had any issues.

Seeking The Attorney General’s Office

There’s something not quite right about MetaBank and this Card Premium. I recently switched from one banking institution to this one and already I’m having problems. Before my DD hit the account, I only had 1 card that was processed and shipped. The day my DD hit the account, there were 5 different replacement cards showing up on the account. I emailed MetaBank and called the fraud number they provided. The Card Premium rep couldn’t explain to me what “error” occurred that resulted in deactivating the already processed and shipped card and having the system create 5 different replacement cards. 4 days to process plus another 10 business days to ship. Something seems fraudulent about this. I encourage everyone who finds themselves in this scenario to contact your state’s Attorney General’s office and/or other legal avenues to pursue this. I moved my DD through AHC from this account and now have to change my direct deposit again with my job because this company wants to pull dirty tricks. Get them in a class action lawsuit.

Needs more then few features CARDcomPremiumBanking and its employees would not let me access my funds from atm but allowed someone to access and still 980 and it was not with my card no crazy here the best part had they allowed me to update my phone or and email it would not of happened cuz the any time alert would of noteified me if that is not bad enough the first thing was I had to wait all weekend till Monday to report it cuz there I was bogg thy able to sign into online account to file it stolen then told me mon they sent would update my contact info in add in stat new card well due to ppl stilling my money banks that won’t allow the owner access but allow a unverified person from unknown number large amount out going money not my number big red flag no thru flag me with my card I my in I still have no card and need to access my money ASAP. Me and my for kids husband are homeless over this grap. Unreal how is that possible anyone

Once I receive my funds I will be closing my account

Once I receive my funds I will be closing my account and I’m also filing a lawsuit. This is the second time my card has been restricted due to trying to add it to google pay. Except this time there is over $5,000 in my account and I have no access. Was told by over the phone reps it was my fault however, both CARDcomPremiumBanking and your alls website states this is on your alls end and you all have to fix it. I got an email at 6:03am stating my card was unlocked however that was a lie. When I call the reps they blame me and stated they have to escalate my case and it’s takes up to 48 hours business days wise for it to resolved. I am not waiting that long, I have kids to take care of and feed….so if my card is not made ready to use by 1pm CST, my lawsuit will be filed against your company.

Add more features

I would like to have a balance preview and faceID to log in like the prepaid app has. Those are what annoys me about CARDcomPremiumBanking, I have to log in to see my balances and I have to type in my password to log in.

Recommend to everyone

I have had my card now for a year. I have no problems at all. I have not once had to call or email customer service. It’s very user friendly and a easy set up on all my Apple devices. I absolutely love this as my back up bank account and use it almost daily.. Keep up the great work y’all and don’t listen to the ones that can’t figure it out so they talk trash. It’s so SEMPLE a baby could use it!!

Issues all around.

I have been waiting for a month plus now on a replacement card. I have had random purchases and the dispute process is terrible they aren’t really helpful! If I would’ve known that CARDcomPremiumBanking was so terrible I wouldn’t have opened up two accounts. Im barley staying afloat all my Financial means is on the card that I am waiting for and have been waiting all in since May 5th

Overall review

It’s a good alternative to having a checking account but I wish they had 24/7 live customer support because they don’t . Transferring funds and receiving funds Available to use takes really long maybe days from what I’m observing and is not instant even if I pay the fee from where I originally transferred from so I lost that extra money for no reason, makes it hard to access funds if you really need it. Not as satisfied with the way its going so far , yet to see my funds available to use. Couple things to be fixed for it to be a good app and option , I would say.

Card App Review

This is the worst app ever!!! I gives you the option of remembering you and/or the device u log in on, however it’s only good for 30 days. It also gives us the option of using biometrics for login but it never seems to remember any of this no matter how many times I click the yes or ok button. And it takes forever to log in due to the two-step verification, which I think should be optional but there is no way to turn it off. It’s just an all around horrible app. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Joke

I have had this card for 5 months plus and had direct deposit set up even added more money during the weeks. My direct went in as usual and then they closed my account with my money in there. The direct deposit went back but I had money I added less than a week ago and they are telling me they have to review it and it will take up to 48 hours. My money!!!! I have an appointment with a lawyer today and I will file suit against them!! Please everyone do not get this card. It has been nothing but a hassle from day one!!! God Honest Truth!

Don’t waste your time

This card is terrible you get over chargedHi ended up replacing my card because my card that I had was worn out when I try to request a replacement card and click on it it kept giving me an error but it ended up charging me three times I’m still waiting for my card they do not have the option where you can do express shipping for instants I got paid Friday and I’m still waiting for my card there’s no way that I have any access to my phones right now this card is terrible do not waste your time

Easy website to navigate

Your site is user friendly. I’m excited about using MetaBank aka Ingo Bank. I’m currently with Wells Fargo Bank and I’m not certain what’s going to happen or if they are actually going to be shut down. They now have been fined once again. I’m not happy with that and I have direct deposit.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

This is the worst company ever!!! Never have I had so many issues! CARDcomPremiumBanking says one thing then does another. So if it says failed nope it went through! Don’t fall for the pretty designs and such. They won’t send you the one you want and then charge you $5 to get the right one. It always takes at least an hour to get anyone on the phone. There’s no chat option. And when you do get someone on the phone they’re less than helpful and just flat out don’t want to do anything or give any information.

Best prepaid card

This card is the best card out there no fees no monthly fee either!! Free atms (certain ones) direct deposits it has everything u need to do ur banking or transfers etc. which btw has no fees either or limits u can transfer 100x a month and no fees. To me that’s a winner of a card! Try it for ur self u won’t be disappointed.😃

Worst card ever

The customer service number is a hoax it doesn’t really work. They sent an email to me out of nowhere claiming to have a hold on my card for my protection due to a purchase I made that I had to enter my PIN number for to even make the transaction and the email says click yes or no to confirm the transaction and the yes or no buttons in the email don’t even work and when I call the number it says my account info can’t be found and system error but never routes me to a live agent this card ruins lives

I have had this since august never had any issues and then I go to target and bam card gets locked they send me a email asking if I did this yes or no I click yes but nothing happens it says to contact customer service but that is even bigger joke I really thought this was a great card but it showed me exactly what I always feared I can not use any money on my card I

Not a good card to get

I had my card since July of this year and went back to work in September I took my Direct deposit slip to my employer to have my money to go on to that card to only find out they had close my account and when I call they told me they couldn’t tell me why the account was close so I ask to talk to a manager they told me there was not a manager on sight I thought that was kind of fishy and they were very rude I’m glad my money didn’t go to that account.

Poor service- no communication

After a direct deposit was made, META BANK, returned the payment & closed my account.
THEY Sent me an email saying the money was deposited, but NEVER sent ANYTHING when they returned my money & closed my account. NO OTHER EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT other than confirming the deposit!! ???
Oh & they are Closed on weekends so no customer service was available to explain why when I’m on vacation, I can’t access my money, why my money was returned or why my account is closed!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Terrible App.

Honestly this is probably one of the worst applications of a prepaid debit card I have ever had the unfortunate of having to use, every time you log on to check your balance you HAVE to get a text message from your cell phone confirming that it is you logging on which I’m all for security but come on every stinking time seriously?? And there is no option for overdraft at ALL. I will be switching debit card companies very soon!

Where’s my card

I asked for 1 replacement card an two wks later I looked on my account an now I have had three different replacement cards an have not received one of em. It keeps telling me that to check back in 4 days an it will give me when my card will be here. Like what’s going on with this. Downloaded the mobile app and applied for an account. Gave me a message that said it couldn’t verify my identity or that I’ve recently moved ??? Is this a joke ??? What system are you using ??? Just loaded money onto my card to pay bills that were due today and went to use it for it to say declined. Called them and was told they canceled my card and sent a new one due to direct deposit changes and that a email was sent to me but never was and I was told not once but 3 times that someone would be getting in touch with me to unlock the card and give me access to my funds. Nobody ever did and my bills didnt get payed and now I owe more due to fees.. Im a single mother of 2 and that was all the money i had. I wouldn't reccoment ever even contenplating using this scamming company. I still haven't got my money and my bills are still not payed. My lawyer was contacted. We have a case
