I haven't been able to use my SSI funds which u get from SSI to card .com I've been. Banking with them for 2 years now I had a stolen device which my account was is under and the email someone had highjacked it so I can't activate my card I have sent in the documents and I'd to verify address and there has changed my info so I can get my funds off the when I call ther is a problem with the number 844-227-3602 so I'm reaching out to get my card activated please already.

My account was closed December 28th for reasons unknown. I still haven't gotten a straight answer in why they closed my account. I had a balance in my account it's February 11tg and I still haven't received my funds from them when I call I keep getting told it takes 21 business days. Well those 21 days passed a while back. I'm January 27th they finally processed my check and I still haven't received the check. All this has caused me to be evicted sleeping out my truck. This is no sense for a company to treat people and hold people's money just because they can.

Yes on December 24th of 2022 card premium took it upon themselves to take money out of my account without me knowing to pay another bank because another Bank's customer said I owe them money so card premium took it upon themselves to pay them without me knowing and then when I filed dispute they said no errors occurred I'm missing $700 it's ridiculous please tell me what can I do call me 405-408-2015 I'm pissed

I got a new job and decided to get a new card for my check to be deposited every week and I choose this one because of the cool cards,zero monthly fee and no ATM fees so thought it was a perfect card took 2 weeks to get the card which had my paycheck already deposited to it but had to wait and activate the card before I could access the money or even link it to my cash app or PayPal had to be activated 1st then day I received card I activated it and had to order my daughter's birth certificate from a different state she was born in so she could start school so I ordered her birth certificate for $23 from KY it went through but my card and account was locked up immediately after the online purchase my wife tried to call to fix it but they refused to help her in any way and she had to wait 10 hours before I came home!! When I got home and called they said it was locked up because my wife added it to my Google pay account!!! WTF locked it up because I added it to my Google pay account 😑 I've had for years!!!!! But luckily I got it figured out and got the hold taken off same day and was able to access money again BUT as always with these people another problem arose, after the hold was taken off my account when I login with the app or the site it DOES NOT show my available balance anywhere ever!!! Always shows $0.00 available no matter how much money is in it always shows $0 I'm only alerted when card is swiped, it doesn't send a text alert to me when I get a deposit or if money is withdrawn from ATM only if it's swiped or chip is used?? I've turned on ALL push notifications so I should receive a text alert for everything but I don't and now I've opened my savings account and added $10 to it which was required to open it and I choose the round up option so ive got $15 in my savings account right now and I haven't been able to access the savings account at all it'll let me add money to the savings account but it doesn't even give me the option to transfer the funds back to my primary account so I can use it???? So idk how to get the money out of my savings account now but figured I'd let everyone know yes the cards are very cool and no fees for anything BUT everything else SUCKS ASS!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🧘🧘🧘🧘🧘

Card was restricted when trying to order pizza online. I had more than enough to pay for the transaction. Mind you, thqat this was on a Saturday and customer service is only open M-F 7a-7p CST. So now I am stranded with no money for the weekend and no way to contact customer service to resolve this unnecessary restriction for doing something that is a common transaction. First card didn’t come so I contacted the company to get a new card. Received the card and downloaded the app. The app didn’t recognize my email so i called the number that was on the card. The representative told me to download CARD premium or premium CARD. Everything went through but I was kind of funny that they still had the card that never came still in my account. I set up my direct deposit and it seem like everything was fine.

Two days later I received an email stating my account was suspended due to verification. So I looked into the app and it showed the card that never came with my account being closed. I called customer service which took an hour to get some for the lady to tell me that I have to send a picture of my ID (front and back) my social security card, my address and proof of employment. Like what! Why do y’all need my personal information for a prepaid card. She stated that this was the companies policy and this would be the only way i can get my account back.

When applying for this card no where did it state that I needed to provide my personal information, when i spoke with a representative to activate my card she did not disclosed that information. So now I have to change my direct deposit, payment delayed because I refuse to send my personal information to this company

There’s something not quite right about MetaBank and this Card Premium. I recently switched from one banking institution to this one and already I’m having problems. Before my DD hit the account, I only had 1 card that was processed and shipped. The day my DD hit the account, there were 5 different replacement cards showing up on the account. I emailed MetaBank and called the fraud number they provided. The Card Premium rep couldn’t explain to me what “error” occurred that resulted in deactivating the already processed and shipped card and having the system create 5 different replacement cards. 4 days to process plus another 10 business days to ship. Something seems fraudulent about this. I encourage everyone who finds themselves in this scenario to contact your state’s Attorney General’s office and/or other legal avenues to pursue this. I moved my DD through AHC from this account and now have to change my direct deposit again with my job because this company wants to pull dirty tricks. Get them in a class action lawsuit.

Needs more then few features this app and its employees would not let me access my funds from atm but allowed someone to access and still 980 and it was not with my card no crazy here the best part had they allowed me to update my phone or and email it would not of happened cuz the any time alert would of noteified me if that is not bad enough the first thing was I had to wait all weekend till Monday to report it cuz there I was bogg thy able to sign into online account to file it stolen then told me mon they sent would update my contact info in add in stat new card well due to ppl stilling my money banks that won’t allow the owner access but allow a unverified person from unknown number large amount out going money not my number big red flag no thru flag me with my card I my in I still have no card and need to access my money ASAP. Me and my for kids husband are homeless over this grap. Unreal how is that possible anyone
