I’m very sick and cannot longer do do your intermitting tracking so I need to cancel, I no longer want my credit card charge, i’m not able to continue The program, please tell me resolve this issue, with canceling my card, please no longer charge for me, I have to drop out of the program

How to fix Fastyle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fastyle app on iPhone
Update Fastyle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fastyle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fastyle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fastyle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fastyle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fastyle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fastyle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fastyle » click [Force Stop]

Update Fastyle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fastyle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fastyle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fastyle.

Fix Fastyle unable to contact server/ Fastyle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fastyle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fastyle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fastyle
