I installed fastyle less than 24 hours ago. I would like to cancel the service and to receive a refund. The app does not work the way I thought it would and it has no features that I need. I cannot find refund options.

I downloaded the app. There is nowhere for me to sign in. It scrolls through four people and that is it. I have tried to cancel. And I cannot even find where to contact you all to cancel my subscription. That is what I am wanting to do at this point. Cancel. Bc I went with another provider whoms app worked for me. Thank you.

Hello, I cancelled my subscription after 3 days but have still been charged the $29.99 for the full year. I would like to be fully refunded as I have canceled the subscription, please. I enjoyed my free trail but cannot afford the app for an entire year.

Hey so I downloaded Fastyle got a deal for a year subscription for 30$ and after about a week I got discouraged and deleted the app. When I felt like starting up again I downloaded and thought it would save everything but it’s expecting me to buy another subscription. Then when I try that it says “Verify Failed”. Wont even let me use the app super confused please help!

Don’t download

This app is complete dog water all I got from it is that I’m “extremely obese” and apparently I can’t do nothing about it cuz I can’t get off the subscription page I can’t buy the subscription. Why would you make this a “free” app if you can’t access even free features without your premium and you better not give me a response saying “our team is working hard to improve it” because this problem has been going on multiple months according the the reviews.

Rip off

I downloaded this app, paid 40$ and was supposed to have a 3 day fee trial. I had no idea how to delete my account before getting charged and on the 3rd day when I figured out how to delete the subscription I was already charged. I canceled my account. Tried to get my money back, couldn’t so I figured I use it for a year since I paid for it. Now the app wants to sell it to me again even though I log in that I already have an account still it wants me to pay up again. I want my money back or the account. Or I’m gonna have to dispute it with my credit card company. It’s way too expensive for a timer.

Overall I feel like it’s a good app and helps with your goals and keeping on track, but the app needs a little help with tracking steps... not everyone has an I watch and not everyone keeps their stuck to them like glue to be able to track your steps... you should have the option to manually put the steps in there ( I have a Fitbit and app does not sync with them) also I still can’t figure out how to ask your coach questions which the app says you can do!!!
