How to fix 2Spend app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the 2Spend app on iPhone
Update 2Spend app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall 2Spend iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix 2Spend on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve 2Spend network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

2Spend Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix 2Spend not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the 2Spend App
1. On android, goto Settings » 2Spend » click [Force Stop]

Update 2Spend to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear 2Spend App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » 2Spend » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart 2Spend.

Fix 2Spend unable to contact server/ 2Spend internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click 2Spend » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto 2Spend » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
