Watch is recording my steps but app is not saving this to my daily count
When I am connecting to watch it's connecting.but when I leave it for 2 minutes it will be disconnecting and app is closing.
The watch keeps defaulting to the standard face and I have to reset everything after it has charged. I am recovering from two broken ankles and am trying to track my walking. It diligently records my rock climbing, elliptical trainer, and cycling activities. The watch is uncontrollable— please help!

The smart watch keeps disconnecting and reconnecting in WearPro app.
The custom watch face is not working. Every time I set a pic its showing network error, try again. But all the other pre set watch faces are working properly. I tried to reinstall and reconnect multiple time but no luck.
Second arm jumps all over the place and goes backwards.. while "showing time" is a definite basic.. please fix this
App crashes every time, I connect DT3 through Bluetooth but cannot use all functions because of this issue. I use android 13 and it only works in android 11. Please update the app to work with other versions of OS.

Did work. Now after update android 13 , not anymore. Please update software DT8 Ultra. It's a very very fine watch.

DT3 Mate and wear pro not working with samsung galaxy 21 ultra (android13). Phone pair watches without any problem, but application don't see watches via bluetooth. If I try scan barcode, just say watches already paired, but dont show it or connect..

The app won’t sign me in until I accept terms & conditions, but there is no option to do this!!!!
The sleep part won’t connect to the app. Message comes up “date not sent yet”
I bought the Smart Watch 7 and whenever I check the app, most of the time its disconnected. It’s very buggy. I contacted the seller on aliexpress and told me in china they are using V2.1.2 when the version i got from app store is 2.0.2(4)
This app is not working in Android12 . I have buyed a watch conket sw1 pro . At the time of Android 11 it worked very good . When the phone was updated.
