Hi, I tried to install Fastient many times, but my Android phone (Samsung S21 FE, Android version 13) keeps telling me that Fastient is not downloadable because it is too an old application for my Android version. Is it possible ?

How to fix Fastient app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fastient app on iPhone
Update Fastient app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fastient iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fastient on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fastient network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fastient Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fastient not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fastient App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fastient » click [Force Stop]

Update Fastient to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fastient App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fastient » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fastient.

Fix Fastient unable to contact server/ Fastient internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fastient » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fastient » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Fastient
