Hi Buddy, I found cool watch face in app, author declares about compatibility with my series 7 apple watch, all needed subapps are downloaded on iphone -> after it's downloaded on iphone and watch application is opened, alert is shown saying: "this watch face is not available on your Apple watch". What is the issue here? Will be appreciated on any helping input! Thank you in advance!

Have a apple watch series 7. Every time I try to download a face it days it isn't comps try able with my phone but stated it's for a series 7

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Buddywatch app issues:

Force Stop the Buddywatch App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Buddywatch app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Buddywatch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Buddywatch App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Buddywatch app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Buddywatch.

Fix Buddywatch unable to contact server/ Buddywatch internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Buddywatch » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Buddywatch » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
