The idea is great but the user experience is horrible! There is no way to understand wile watching serials whether I already watched the chapter or not yet. Same fir tge movies. We are now watching Alenby tv show and started writing down last watched chapter number because IZZYTV has no way to show irt. When we watched first chapter we added the tv show to our “library” and eventually found out that we added only chapter number one, not the whole show. I can keep going on and on! Seriously! Hire a user experience designer!

It seems like there is not a direction for newcomers to grasp what is Izzy and how to experience the films as well as the mitzvah of joining and supporting a startup benefiting Israel. A lot to unpack but I just watched your talk with Emily Lupine and found out about the deep Israeli connection. Who knew?!
I don’t want to kvetch but Emily needs to speak to the camera and not turn back and forth to you. She is selling the product (Izzy) to the viewers;
not to you! And not holding a coffee cup. I must confess I worked for a while at a TV talk show as intern and production assistant so I am familiar with some of these issues.
Josh needs to get more exposure in America -Large synagogues across the country, Podcasts (Unorthodox, Fresh Air, etc) and make your case of this unique Israeli start up concept. Jewish community newspapers i.e. J in San Francisco bay area.
I wish you only good things in the coming year helmed by a sweet Chanukah yada yada..

Doesn’t allow you to rewind set seconds. Doesn’t load next episodes of series (for eg Khatmandu) and releases them slowly in an unpredictable manner. Also it doesn’t properly register that you have watched a full episode. Full of bugs.

IZZYTV works fine on AppleTV. No complaints on that front. We really wanted to love Izzy, but there just isn’t enough content. The shows we enjoyed only have a season or two (Where do you live? Red Lines). We canceled our annual subscription, but will consider renewing monthly if there’s more content.

I saw an interview where Josh said ILTV news is now available; it isn’t. No music available? Sorry, I had hoped for a bit more. On the other hand, it’s great to see any Israeli content.
I haven’t subscribed so I can’t view anything even to decide if I want to subscribe. How about a free trial period? I understand we all want to support this effort, but I at least can’t do it blindly. Thank you.

I loved IZZYTV especially since it was Jewish. But I went through it so quickly that there are not enough movies documentaries short stories for me to justify paying for this every month when I watched everything within the first two weeks. So please cancel my subscription. Thank you, Eve Carroll

I love the content although I wish they had Hebrew subtitles in addition to English.
IZZYTV is buggy. I prefer to watch on a laptop in a web browser. Hard to watch on my phone.

Episodes: should be able to go to next episode automatically, does not. And on the tv I need to put English subtitle every episode.

I was visiting Israel 35 years ago. Since then I have been interested in its development, progress, changes and evolution. Unfortunately, very few movies and news in general reach the US. Until I discovered IZZY, I had never seen long documentaries or series as well as the excellent interviews with people of the quality that you publish. Thank you, keep offering us good documentary material, series and films. Congratulación. Good luce!

Izzy is the best streaming service for Israeli TV shows, documentaries, and movies. And almost all of them have English subtitles. I prefer watching the TV shows over our American TV shows.

Really glad this device came along. Apps work really well. They are still filing out their catalog and good selection, though still waiting for my old favorite show.

Izzy has a really wonderful selection. Additionally, I am learning conversational Hebrew and have been watching Izzy shows to use as “homework.” Keeps me very well up to speed.

I have had Izzy for about three months. I started with Izzy to improve my Hebrew learning, but I am enjoying all types of quality Israeli movies. Izzy is wonderful.

Initially, I was a little cranky that I couldn’t get the shows in French, English or Italian but now I’m LOVING the challenge - and expanding my Hebrew vocab.

Regarding the content, there’s so much humanity and humour in these series, the writers are fabulous.

My hope for these TV and film productions companies is to receive so much demand for content that they keep expanding the library. Personally, IZZYTV, was a great discovery.

I was thrilled when I discovered I could subscribe to Izzy on a monthly basis. IZZYTV has worked flawlessly for me. I am so grateful to wind down my day with Israeli shows via Izzy. My only suggestion would be to make it possible to adjust subscription plans from the dashboard without needing to contact customer service, although the support was prompt in replying to me when I had questions. Thank you for all that you are doing.

I enjoy watching IZZYTV immensely. Whether it is the documentaries about Israel& archaelolgy, the short dramas or tv shows I am looking forward to watch, it is very informative, and entertaining. Looking forward to the latest programming.

The high quality of Israeli film making is really impressive, and Izzy presents it beautifully. I’ve watched nearly everything and look forward to more.

I really enjoy watching the humorous programs because it’s so important to laugh at this difficult time. I’ve also been watching much of the difficult material regarding October 7 and some of the other catastrophes of our collective Israeli/Jewish past.

I like the variety of options available. Also new content is consistent. I like the documentaries and hope that more on Judaism keep coming.
