I want to cancel my subscription. I never watch these films, etc. How do I cancel Izzy? I went on line, and it didn't recognize me =- but it is charging me $96. on my credit card. How do I do this cancelled? I can't afford you.
HELLO!!! I PAID $72 ON JANUARY 19, 2026. UNTIL LAST WEEK, I WAS ABLE TO WATCH MY SHOWS BY JUST GOING TO LOGIN. I DID NOT HAVE TO PUT IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS (OR PASSWORD) SO I DONT REMEMBER WHETHER THE ACCOUNT WAS CREATED UNDER LESLEE@redacted OR RICK@redacted. The idea is great but the user experience is horrible! There is no way to understand wile watching serials whether I already watched the chapter or not yet. Same fir tge movies. We are now watching Alenby tv show and started writing down last watched chapter number because the app has no way to show irt. When we watched first chapter we added the tv show to our “library” and eventually found out that we added only chapter number one, not the whole show. I can keep going on and on! Seriously! Hire a user experience designer!

It seems like there is not a direction for newcomers to grasp what is Izzy and how to experience the films as well as the mitzvah of joining and supporting a startup benefiting Israel. A lot to unpack but I just watched your talk with Emily Lupine and found out about the deep Israeli connection. Who knew?!
I don’t want to kvetch but Emily needs to speak to the camera and not turn back and forth to you. She is selling the product (Izzy) to the viewers;
not to you! And not holding a coffee cup. I must confess I worked for a while at a TV talk show as intern and production assistant so I am familiar with some of these issues.
Josh needs to get more exposure in America -Large synagogues across the country, Podcasts (Unorthodox, Fresh Air, etc) and make your case of this unique Israeli start up concept. Jewish community newspapers i.e. J in San Francisco bay area.
I wish you only good things in the coming year helmed by a sweet Chanukah yada yada..

Doesn’t allow you to rewind set seconds. Doesn’t load next episodes of series (for eg Khatmandu) and releases them slowly in an unpredictable manner. Also it doesn’t properly register that you have watched a full episode. Full of bugs.
