I am having the same problem as others with the toggle button for the calendar integration. It worked fine before the holiday break in December. Now it is grayed out and if I click on it, it goes back automatically and won’t ”turn on” that function. The app is updated. What is the fix?

The toggle button for integration with calendar is grayed out. If I click on it, it goes back automatically and won’t”turn on” that function. My phone is set to allow Red Rover to add events and it worked fine before the holiday break. Am I missing something?

I use an android that is about two years old. I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. The filters change at random. I am not seeing jobs and I'm getting very frustrated.

How to fix Red Rover K12 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Red Rover K12 app on iPhone
Update Red Rover K12 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Red Rover K12 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Red Rover K12 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Red Rover K12 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Red Rover K12 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Red Rover K12 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Red Rover K12 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Red Rover K12 » click [Force Stop]

Update Red Rover K12 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Red Rover K12 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Red Rover K12 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Red Rover K12.

Fix Red Rover K12 unable to contact server/ Red Rover K12 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Red Rover K12 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Red Rover K12 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Red Rover K12
