AFL Live Official App Status

Premiership Table not updating. Grren circle around Round 17 which I cannot remove - blue circle around current Round 18. If I press any other Round green circle remains on Round 17

Ladder not working properly. Only shows team emblems in Summary. No other stats are shown. Nothing at all in extended ladder.

AFL app ladder does not update, does not show current round, does not have the option to view live ladder

Can't read game times.They are partially hidden.

My AFL app won’t update the ladder unless I turn my phone off and then back on?.

App runs ok on my iPhone, but on the iPad it runs for about 10 seconds and then crashes.

When checking the broadcast details on my app, the location always defaults to ACT. This also happened on my previous phone. I have tried remove and reinstall numerous times, checked the location setting and cleared the cache heaps. I am in Tas, any help would be appreciated.

Afl app opens repeatedly when i am in other apps.

My AFL app keeps rotating to portrait mode at the end of a video - despite screen lock on Is there a fix ? Anyone else have the same issue ? Software is up to date.

I'm trying to get AFL Live app back up and running for my mum as she hasn't been able to open it for a couple of weeks. She has an iPad AIr running iOS 12.5.5. I have heard/read (can't remember where????) that she needs to be running iOS 15 on her device. The operating system on her IPad Air can not be upgraded anymore, apparently. Do es this mean she has to buy a new device just to watch AFL LIve??????? :(

Suddenly can't access the AFL App to check on the live scores.

Same problem as everyone else. App opens for a fraction of a second then reverts to home screen. Have tried everything to fix! I have an iPhone 6 which is still good for everything else that I need!!

AFL app is not working on my iPhone 6, as many others have reported. When is this problem being fixed. Not interested in buying a new phone because of this

Looks like this is a common problem all of a sudden - AFL Live app gets to the loading screen then “BOOM” straight back to the Home screen icons - I too have an Iphone 6 with plenty of storage, surely we dont need to upgrade our phone just on the basis of one app - cmon money is tough enough as it is these days - please fix before finals at least!!!!!!!

I have an iPhone 6 and my AFL app comes on for a second then goes.I for one are experiencing this problem with other apps have been told that there has been an upgrade,and iphone6 has not capabilities for upgrade .This is just bloody unfair.I was told to go and buy a new phone,and that was my online superannuation account. Why is this allowed it’s black mail.

App crashes immediately upon opening the app. Ladder Predictor stopped working altogether a few weeks ago. Have rebooted phone, uninstall/reinstall app multiple times. When is this getting fixed? App has been very average this year all round.

Same as other issues already raised - app launches then crashes immediately. Unusable all of a sudden. No way to fix it yet

Same as others click on it opens and disappears. Taken it off and tried reinstalling it. Has been doing this for weeks, what are you doing about it. Typical AFL rubbish I say.

App opens momentarily then crashes. Like the others I have tried the suggested methods of fixing it to no avail. This app is getting crappier by the year. Time to unsubscribe. I’m paying for something I can’t get anymore.

Hi sounds like the same problem a few others are having,app won’t open,just goes to home screen and back again,always worked fine previously,I have a 6+ iPhone,have tried restarting phone and also uninstalling reinstalling to no avail,would appreciate some help

Same as many others. AFL app was fine for many years. Now it wont work & have deleted & re-installed a number of times. Always the same - goes to entry screen but in couple of seconds just returns to app icon. Like many complainants , my i-phone is a 6 plus with IOS 12.5.5, HELP !!,

Since the afl upgrade I have not been able to open app. I have deleted it rebooted and reinstalled app numerous times with no success. I have iPhone 6 12.5.5 plenty storage Please fix to allow us access

Same as everyone else. Opens for a few seconds and closes. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled half a dozen times but no luck. Is anyone getting their’s fixed?

Same problem as other are experiencing. Opens for a few seconds and then shuts down. Tried it on all my devices. Same problem. Seems it’s not me.

With all the problems notified why does Telstra not reply and fix the problem. Should never have updated the app. Did not on iPad and still works. Come on Telstra loft your game

My problem is exactly the same as spelt out by John Hill on 14 July, namely: "I’ve been unable to open this app on my fathers ( 87 yo) iPhone 6 for at least 7 days. his updates have all been done and every other app is working. The initial screen comes up for a few seconds then disappears. I’ve tried deleting the app and then re-installing. I’ve also powered down the iPhone and rebooted it. App information indicates that the current version is compatible with this iPhone. Can you please help me fix this problem?"
