- Some features that the app is supposed to do don't work and require calling a representative to fix.
- Deactivating a card on the app requires calling to reactivate it.
- Payments made don't show on the account until the vendor processes it, which can take several days.
- The balance change under each transaction is no longer visible.
- Transferring money between accounts now requires a member number and share number that users may not have.
My phone app that I use daily is now saying error and wants my full information. Is this normal or is someone trying to hack my account? Thanks for your time.
