Unable to remove items that don’t apply to you. No way to remove information. Set up alerts still not getting. Have to call every time. Also required to agree to user id with no way to even see your account. Force to sign agreement. No way to decline and still see your account information.

I think that Heritage south credit union needs a system. The present one does NOT work for most people. Additionally, the employees there don’t go out of their way to help you. I am seriously thinking of finding another financial institution to do business with.

I downloaded this app a few weeks ago to replace the old app. So far I’ve had to call and speak to a representative three times to fix things that the app is suppose to do but won’t do. You can also deactivate your card on the app but have to call to reactivate it. If you pay a bill, it doesn’t show on your account until the vendor processes it which can take several days (which is different than the old app operated). This app has me searching for new credit unions to bank with that have user friendly apps. I’ve actually found several in the Murfreesboro area and will be swapping to one in the next few weeks.
