How do I get my app to show pressure?

Ever since the time change to DST, the brush times are wrong.

Position Detection still not working. I think Oral-B should use camera to do position detection otherwise it will not work.

Ever since the Oral B app no longer needed to use "my" phone's camera a few months ago, NOTHING is recording correctly with position detection. I used to have 100% coverage scores in 2 to 2.5 minutes and now I can brush 3-4 minutes and still not attain a perfect score though I've gone over my teeth again and again. I only have 24 teeth! (8 were removed- 4 for braces and 4 wisdom teeth that were impacted) Not being able to use my camera is not working. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app more than once. Still a bust!

On the app, showing areas which I have not covered sufficiently (these are areas where I have had too the extractions. Can these be set up on the app so that I am showing all areas actually there are being covered? It’s annoying!

My oral b stopped counting once I started brushing my teeth a few weeks ago.it no longer does anything but stays at the screen with the teeth and doesn't count or ask me if my gums bled or if I brushed my tongue or washed my mouth. It literally does nothing. Had it for about 8 months now.

Whilst brushing my teeth the app tracks my brushing just fine but when I finish brushing my teeth, the app says I’ve not completed the coverage and then says I’ve brushed for 15:59minutes, had 0 coverage and 142 seconds of overpressure. When I check the days brushing it shoes the same as when I’m brushing in real time (ie it’s correct)

My app works, but won't keep track of brush time, after displaying the brush time while brushing, it shows 00.00 brush time.

Ever since the time change the days are one day off on the app. I deleted it and reinstalled it and the days are still wrong.

I have the same issue, It hangs on the "nn seconds to resume" screen, even after you have done 2 minutes of brushing. If I let it run for 2min 30 seconds, it seems to go on to the next step.

Version 9.3 of March-2023 is broken. It hangs on the "nn seconds to resume" screen, even after you have done 2 minutes of brushing. I have been using this app for over 6 years. The support link in the App Store to P&G Development give a 404 "Not found" error.

My oral b 6000 toothbrush and app were setup and working fine since Nov. 2021. Now Mar. 2023 the app won’t properly connect to the toothbrush through bluetooth which has never had issues before and has never been disconnected. I reset the bluetooth on my phone and my toothbrush. Even deleted and redownloaded the app on two different Iphones and though the bluetooth on the toothbrush is showing lit up, the app is unable to find the toothbrush at all now, no matter which iphone I try it on. What is going on and how do I fix this?

I have an Oral B ios 5 and an Android 13 phone, a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ulta. I keep getting the message on the ap that they are disconnected even though bluetooth is on on both devices

When I go to "more" I don't see any "Settings" option (that the manual is referring to). Also it says the app hasn't been updated since 2019?

I have a Samsung galaxy A13 phone running on Android 12 but although my oral b app connects and the position detection works with the graphic, the 2 minute timer doesn't work neither does the buzzer telling me to change cleaning area I get a message telling me that app is experiencing problems and switches me to a graphic ( non connective ) with the 30 seconds timer for each 4 areas of the mouth ! I have checked my brush settings and can see no reason why this is

I cannot install the oral b app on my android phone. It won't let me install it.

App looses connection and has to be restarted randomly sometimes recovering brushing session.
