Close and restart the Anemometer app on iPhone
Update Anemometer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Anemometer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Anemometer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Anemometer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Anemometer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Anemometer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Anemometer App
1. On android, goto Settings » Anemometer » click [Force Stop]

Update Anemometer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Anemometer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Anemometer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Anemometer.

Fix Anemometer unable to contact server/ Anemometer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Anemometer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Anemometer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
