I don’t downloaded MystroDriver and I tried for days to get it to work the way it’s supposed to work. It will auto accept the rides, but it will disappear.. I contacted support and they told me that I need to go to MystroDriver and accept it on the UBER app. I thought that was the whole idea is to auto except. Even when I go to the UBER the ride will disappear. I lost so many good rides trying to make it work. I was making way more money doing things manually. So if you want any frustration and lose money, download MystroDriver and pay for it.

Does app work sure but it will lower your earnings! So is it worth it? Prior to using MystroDriver I only drove for Uber, but ever since I tried using Lyft and Uber to maximize my earnings it actually worked the opposite! Uber alone pays more! Logging on and off from Uber is what MystroDriver does only causes Uber to feed you less business. So for your own sake don’t waste your money! Mystro isn’t willing to refund your money. They keep finding ways to say it’s me not using MystroDriver correctly! All I know I made more money driving for Uber alone.

MystroDriver does not auto select trips based on filters like it says it will in MystroDriver description. You still have to manually accept trips in MystroDriver after it passes through Mystro. This is not helpful and actually adds steps to you getting the ride you are looking for.
MystroDriver description is false advertising.
Also, when you go to the website and fill out the form to get app assistance, you get an error message and it will not send.
I got a hold of support finally through email. Although they were pleasant to deal with, they did confirm that Uber no longer allows MystroDriver to auto accept trip. They have not updated their description to inform potential buyers of this issue. And they have not updated their help options on their website either.
I do not recommend MystroDriver.

I downloaded MystroDriver in the hopes it would be a great tool, however I haven't been able to log in with my Uber credentials. They tell you to join their Discord for any issues you run into. I explained everything to the devs and they have not provided a resolve. There isn't anything in particular wrong with my Uber account as I'm entering in the same credentials in the Uber app into the Mystro app. The issue seems to come into play when you have to download a VPN profile to your phone which stops all internet connectivity (HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO GO THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND IT'S BEING BLOCKED BY THE VPN?!) After explaining everything they stop responding to your messages but stop answer everyone else. & they expect for you to pay monthly for scrappy service like this is redundant to me!

There’s so many bugs! I tried the trial version and loved it so I payed for the subscription but so many bugs started appearing. Multiple times per day/shift my dd account and or Uber or Lyft will stop working properly, sending me in a very long loop of trying to unlink and relink the account with no success often for an hour or more. MystroDriver has cause me so much down time and frustration and loss of money it’s hard to believe. When MystroDriver works right it’s great. When it doesn’t, which is daily, it makes you want to pull your hair out and causes internal pain as you watch prime hours tick by and your pulled over troubleshooting with very slow and almost non existent support.

MystroDriver took some getting used to. Things were going okay until suddenly MystroDriver wouldn’t stay open and it continues to crash every time I try to open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times I have lost a lot of driving time.

The worst part about MystroDriver is that you get used to using it, and count on it, only for it to fail right when you need it most!

I won’t be renewing my subscription.

this program will not help you, waste money and time. you can do what the program does manually. I thought I would have this program and I would not have problems with a double order, but with this program my acceptance rating went down. the program will not save you from double orders. the program overloads the phone, it is always hot, the Internet usage is twice as high as usual when I use this program. in short, the program is imperfect.

MystroDriver does not switch between apps like it’s suppose to. When a trip is accepted it’s suppose to go offline for the other rideshare. Example: I accept a trip for Uber then Lyft is suppose to go offline and vice versa, but it doesn’t it leaves both online and if you don’t physically turn or disable one or the other then if you don’t accept the trip even if your on one app then your rating gets effected and goes down on your acceptance rating. And the filters set don’t work if you set for a 3 min pickup it still sends well over 8-25 min pickups.

Decent concept, but not worth paying for yet.
It is slow to turn off the apps after a request comes in (faster to do it manually.) The filters are lack-luster (Would hate to miss out on a hundred dollar ride just because it was 10 or 15 minutes out for pickup.) Basically all MystroDriver is good for is lazy mode multi app, and the price tag is too steep for that. Add to that the fact that Uber was broken for a while right before they turned on the subscription, and I just don’t have the confidence to even consider paying for it.

I downloaded MystroDriver the other day and deleted it today - because: When I opened MystroDriver , the first thing that I was confronted with was an agreement to automatically accept all rides. Assuming I have both Uber and Lyft open, when a $2.50 cent ride comes through, it seems to me that it will be accepted and the other app closed. With upfront pricing, I reject more rides than I accept. I ran MystroDriver three or four years ago. I’m sure that it has changed since then. Still, that automatic acceptance of rides hit me wrong and I deleted MystroDriver .

$19 a month is too much for an app that does too little. I can accomplish the same without MystroDriver . MystroDriver is full of bugs. Every week, there's something not working and is frustrating. To add value to MystroDriver, the developer should add area preference and destination mode. Once you are far from home, MystroDriver is no good because it could send you even farther away from home.

My cancellation rate increased because MystroDriver didn't detect that I was already on a ride. I had to continuously cancel the extra rides.

MystroDriver needs more filters, for example, I don't want to pick up a rider more than 5 minutes away if it pays below $7 but, I'm willing to pick up 14 minutes away if the ride is for more than $30.

MystroDriver needs:
1- Destination mode
2- Area preference
3- Additional filters

In the meantime, it's not worth $19 a month.

Unfortunately this didn’t work for me, I was very excited to try it. Setting it up was a breeze, from downloading the profile to trusting the certificate, easy. Once I got it up and running, every time I click accept on a Lyft request I got an Error Message and it would still accept the ride, but the screen would freeze until I ignored the request, with Uber, every time I tried to accept a request it would again freeze MystroDriver and give me an error message and it would reject the ride request. I wish it worked out for me, I really like MystroDriver interface and the user friendly features. For now I’ll just accept rides manually. 😒

I really wish apps would stop paywalling. MystroDriver requires you to purchase the subscription service in order to utilize it.

For Mystro, you have to download MystroDriver , create an account, and complete the setup process through the settings on your phone, only to be met with the inability to go online due to the subscription block requiring $135/year or $19/month.

Call me crazy, but that’s a lot to request without offering a free trial to see if it’s even worth the time. Especially considering you can only link 4 accounts (DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, and one other). You cannot link other delivery apps like Instacart Shopper/Roadie/Shipt/etc.

This might be a savvy app for ridesharing if you do Uber and Lyft together, but MystroDriver is not for gig delivery drivers — maybe useful if you do DoorDash and Uber Eats together, but that alone isn’t worth a $135 subscription if you ask me.

… MystroDriver has miles of improving to do as it has the right concept, but with poor execution behind it. I’ve paid my subscription for my Uber driver account and cancelled after the second month. MystroDriver is riddled with glitches, as it does not acknowledge rides you would accept via trip radar. Would have loved it (and it would have saved my subscription) if Mystro would ignore rides outside of my filter settings instead of mimicking whatever the Uber app would do; I’ve filtered out rides that would pay me less than $2.50/mile and pay me less than $25/hr. Only useful thing about Mystro is I would get a notification after getting a ride request with the ride details, that would tell me how much the ride is paying me for each mile and how much the ride is paying me each hour…of course, I could do that with my own mind. And with the recent update, MystroDriver wouldn’t give me details about ANY ride and the Mystro app wouldn’t give me notifications about the ride request coming through on my Uber, even though Mystro has permission to send me notifications. All in all, I’m NOT paying $18 a month for an app that would calculate how much money I’m earning each ride and MystroDriver is now useless after the recent update. Please fix MystroDriver and if there is an update where Mystro will ignore rides outside the parameters of your ride filters, I will consider buying into a new subscription.

Pros: 1. Easy to use 2. Great way to multi app and keep busy 3. Very beneficial to set filters to automatically decline requests outside of your preferences 4. Super helpful in pausing other apps while on accepted requests. Cons: 1. I can no longer rate restaurants and customers, I really enjoyed this Perk!!! 2. Mystro constantly disconnects from DoorDash. I have to go through DoorDash set up again every single time I go onto MystroDriver . Sometimes doesn’t work and I can’t use MystroDriver that day, because I get frustrated with wasting time trying to set it up. 3. Also Mystro often randomly pauses my Dash even when I am not busy on another app, after 2 times I just go of Mystro and use the apps alone. Otherwise, I would rate 5 stars. If it isn’t fixed soon, I will have to unsubscribe altogether.

I just curious this is Legal Or illegal for Uber? If the Uber platform detective that driver using MystroDriver to previous know the trip destination. Uber will deactivated the driver account Or not?Is it fair to who don't use MystroDriver? I just been using for 2 weeks fmso far. I just afraid If the Uber know the driver use it for cheating. Will deactivated the driver account? Any one have any experience about it? So just give the 3 star for it. If I got positive feedback I will change for 5 star because is really good app for driver.

To connect uber requires some “work around” VPN, trusted certificates, hocus pocus steps, instructions clear BUT it didn’t work. Mystro support said it’s because Uber is “blocking” them. And they don’t have a timeline for fixing it. Ok, maybe that is true. Maybe then try reducing your subscription price by 70% (since that is roughly ubers share of the ride share market) Lyft connected and works fine. Easy setup, no issues. No hocus pocus steps to connect, it was easy. I will rate MystroDriver 2 stars. Also I canceled my subscription because I hardly drive on Lyft anyway and it’s not worth 19/month. If mystro could guarantee functionality of their app, it would be fair to ask people to pay. As of right now MystroDriver is not providing $19 worth of value

UPDATE: Mystro team has reached out and is working on patching the issues with Uber, but still not fixed 100% - Uber functionality is limited/glitchy still.

It’s still overpriced in my opinion. Para is free and will work just as good when the devs figure out a work around to Uber trickery.

Issues with missing high-value trips on Uber because MystroDriver takes too long to accept them automatically. There is no way to manually accept a ride that matches your filters, so you have to wait for MystroDriver to try to auto accept and just hope it doesn’t miss the ride you actually want. Spends too much time on the ride screen for rides that fail filters, and no way to manually accept the ones that pass without switching to Uber app.

App also has an issue where it will randomly go completely black, requiring a reinstall.

My other complaint is that MystroDriver cannot filter and auto-accept rides while you’re actively in a trip, even when you have Mystro pulled up when it is offered. Would be nice to just let MystroDriver accept rides for me while on a trip if they match my filters. I’ll update this review as some of these concerns are addressed.

I was curious. Always trying to improve. Used the week long trial to adjust to using MystroDriver as well as trying different filters.

After a week I was comfortable but unsure if I was able to earn more so I bought in and here’s what I found:

MystroDriver does, in fact, switch off Lyft or Uber when you accept a ride. The filters also work. Find what you need as a minimum and MystroDriver will automatically accept jobs without you needing to make a decision. Very helpful while driving. I would argue the safety component is the feature I value. If you set the filters too high though, you won’t get many jobs and you will end up needing to reset or accept jobs after a quick review.

MystroDriver absolutely does NOT help you earn more. It does not! I’m in Austin. I make $29/hour without MystroDriver and about the same with it. I could easily argue I make less.

Glitches. Yes, they are there. At first I thought it could be my network, Verizon, but it isn’t. Glitching cost me a few rides. Got frustrated and eventually decided to discontinue. I may not make more money but I’m certainly not going to make less because a glitch cost me a ride.

For me Lyft worked better. The glitches happened more w Uber. I don’t Door Dash any longer.

The safety element is worth considering but the $20/month charge is too high a price point. I’d consider an updated version if the glitches were fixed and the cost was around $5 or $6/month.

Is Mystro associated with other Ride share companies? Cuz if you use MystroDriver it will connect to account and ride share companies will know that it’s third party software and they will suspended or terminate the driver account, i believe it be good for the Mystro tech to coordinate that or do an agreement with Ride Share companies, other wise drivers will loss access to their account if they get caught by Ride share companies which they have software for fraudulent activities.

Don’t see the point of MystroDriver. The “filters” aren’t filters if they still send you ALL ride requests. I end up having to decline half the requests that come in. And in turn will lose my status with both Lyft and Uber. When I can just use the filters inside those apps to not receive ride requests that I don’t want. If people can use this and make their driver experience more profitable, that’s awesome. It’s just not for me.

I use this to multi app, and it seems to work pretty good. However, I have 1 suggestion that will help other drivers (and myself).

Add an option somewhere (can be in the individual settings of each platform) where you have to confirm you are rejecting the offer.

I ran into an issue where I had already accepted an offer, and even picked it up, but accidentally hit the Reject button. This automatically unassigned me from the order, without an confirmation. I then had to deal with support.

I know some drivers use the Reject often, but please add a confirmation setting as this can lead some drivers into potential deactivation territory for a simple mis-tap.

I used MystroDriver many years ago. It has come a long way. Seems the auto accept for Uber isn’t perfect and doesn’t always work. But MystroDriver does turn each service on and off well. I don’t use the filters because common sense tells you that your acceptance rate will be affected. That’s not the fault of the developer. Furthermore, sometimes the ride share app doesn’t always provide enough information for Mystro to use. Also not the fault of the developers.

Overall I like MystroDriver . Makes it easier to do both Uber and Lyft simultaneously.

i never write reviews but MystroDriver here!!!! i found out about it through a group on Facebook. i was a little skeptical at first but Mystro definitely does EXACTLY what it’s intended to do. i am both a DD & UE delivery driver, and i absolutely LOVE how you can filter the orders to your preferences! it automatically accepts my preferred orders & auto declines orders that does not pass my preferred filters. and i love how it pauses one app while im doing an order on the other. the only problem is that is does disconnect my DD account occasionally but not the UE?? and it did knock my service out on my phone a few times so had to reboot my phone during orders which was annoying (hence the reason why i gave 4/5 stars). BUT, MystroDriver is amazing outside of those glitches. there IS a subscription of about $20/month but i made a little over x20 that amount within 2 days which has NEVER happened before. definitely worth the investment for my 1099 drivers ☺️☺️

I love MystroDriver. It's so much better than flying blind with Lyft, BUT there is definite room for improvement.
1. Show the mileage, not just the drop-off address! I don't have a map of Nashville memorized, and seeing that it's a Nashville pickup and a Nashville drop-off could mean a half mile trip or a 20 mile trip.
2. Lyft won't let me select XL rides only like Uber does. Can you make that a filter option?
3. Include a timestamp in history.
4. Sometimes MystroDriver just doesn't show any request info. Maybe a bug fix?
I recently started paying for MystroDriver after using for free for several months. It's worth the price to me, but I'd be much happier about paying if these features were added.

Mystro recently changed the customer service and now they have a great customer service that answer quickly and is very very efficient. 5 Stars for Mystro and their new customer service.

Excellent app. Constantly using the Mystro app for more than 3 months. Using it for Uber & Lyft. Signing on to the Uber & Lyft app is easy. I keep the driver apps closed, letting the Mystro app do all the work. I LOVE IT. It does help make me more money. MystroDriver gets me more rides faster. Keeping me driving continuously through the two platforms. I can quickly check each ride location, mileage, and per hour salary for each ride before accepting it. I have not experienced any glitches with accepting rides. Have not missed any rides. And, am able to decline rides I don’t want.

I must say MystroDriver has gotten way better over time. The support in discord in case you run into issues is top notch. It has made multi apping so much easier and making that extra money seemless now plus the filters have made it so I don't miss great paying rides. Give it a try and I think you will like it.

Seamless operation. Automatically accepts your preferred rides and shuts the other app off. Then turns it back on when your ride is completed. I will have paid for it in one day. If you are a rideshare driver you have to have this.

I gotta say that having an app to calculate everything for you is amazing. The only problem is that Uber Español is not in the type list and I gotta have the setting for rejecting a ride in manual mode. I do have a request! Please add Uber Español type to the list. Hope it gets added soon. I really need it! Thank you!

I was skeptical at first until I did a free trial and once I see how it made accepting rides on Uber and Lyft , I decided to purchase a subscription because it’s worth it ever dollar spent . The customer support is very good too- discord and apple business chat. I highly recommend MystroDriver if you want to make more money on Uber and Lyft .

It’s difficult to impossible to use Uber Eats and DoorDash at the same time without MystroDriver. It gives you up front data that is usually hidden from you until you accept your order. People say it takes money to make money It applies here great investment

MystroDriver would be amazing if it auto deleted the filters, keep the auto accept filters option but add the auto delete filter. I don’t accept alot due to don’t like stores or under a certain amount this way it will auto delete my filter and I’ll

MystroDriver works pretty good once you are set up. So far does everything it’s supposed to. Switching between app couldn’t get any easier. It also share with you per hour and dollars per mile which is helpful in choosing good rides.

I just started using this service for grubhub only and it works well.
I would like to see the ability to run two grubhub accounts at once so that I can choose which one has the highest payout.

I’ve been using MystroDriver for quite some time now, and it’s been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. It’s so easy to control and works really well.
