I have a problem with Hardee's Saudi Arabia

- Customers cannot choose between skin on fries or normal french fries when ordering a combo.

- Customers cannot customize their condiments when ordering an offer such as Double Super Star.

- There are no sauce options available in the Sides section.

- Customers cannot customize items from the Sides section, such as removing jalapeños from Loaded Fries.

- The app has issues with location accuracy and can be difficult to use.

The pictures and labels are not showing on the application it shows Hardee’s logo replacing menus items which makes it difficult to make an order

To resolve Hardee's Saudi Arabia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Hardee's Saudi Arabia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hardee's Saudi Arabia » click [Force Stop]

Clear Hardee's Saudi Arabia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hardee's Saudi Arabia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hardee's Saudi Arabia.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hardee's Saudi Arabia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hardee's Saudi Arabia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hardee's Saudi Arabia
