Great software on a a computer app doesn’t work
I can’t even log in I’ve deleted and reinstalled BooqablePointofSale . Heard good things about the website but BooqablePointofSale is just terrible.
Been using for one month and has never worked. The support people use the AI script and know nothing about how to actually fix anything. Have been unable to get an actual human on the phone and it’s been over a month. THIS IS A DESKTOP PRODUCT ONLY! If you need this to work on your phone do not bother purchasing. It will never work on the phone. Not even sure why they have an app. It’s somewhat worked the full couple of days until it stopped working completely I’ve delete installed it and have done everything else you can imagine. Again support is nonexistent. I think this might actually be a scam
Can login and then instantly kicks me out. Worked about a month ago. And app is very limited
App worked great for a few weeks and now no orders show on dashboard. Wrote support they admit to a bug but still no results. It transformed from a good app to a useless app.
I have this problem where the orders that go to my app disappear and I have no way of seeing what’s there unless I’m on my computer. I can’t even discuss my problem with a representative because I’m sent to a bot that can’t help! This is a horrible problem that needs to be fixed.
Not the best app for booking software. Too many errors, keep getting randomly logged out, and it's the worst when trying to collect payment.
I like Booqable online but BooqablePointofSale is really limited and I get a lot of unexplained error messages. BooqablePointofSale should be simpler and more streamlined, not clunky and annoying to use.

I have removed BooqablePointofSale from my phone, turned my phone off .. reloaded BooqablePointofSale . Signed out of BooqablePointofSale . Still nothing

Wasn’t user friendly to begin with and now with the newest update all of my orders are gone. Thankfully, the desktop still has my data but the desktop is not mobile friendly.
BooqablePointofSale is helpful but more so on the desktop web browser platform.
There are limited features on mobile. Adding and adjusting prices is a bit of a challenge on an iPhone. On the desktop it is more robust and easier to use.
Had to call my admin office people to adjust orders for technicians in the field, and a simple change to an order took three people to get it done.
Booqable just makes rental tasks more challenging
Definitely makes me want to ditch Booqable as a whole, I have no reliable way to check my books without a laptop. Too many glitches
App is awful, website great. App is constantly glitching and very limited. The website and their customer service on the other hand are great
Just starting out, but BooqablePointofSale is so limited, wish it had more development like the website. Definitely has potential.
I would give it 5 stars but to process "Authorized Funds" instead of deposits i still need to go into the website. You also cannot email customers their invoice or contract in app. Defeats the purpose of having BooqablePointofSale since i might as well just use the website version. Its halfway useful.
Booqable program is fantastic I was using invoice simple and couldn’t keep track of inventory and booqable makes it so easy on there website. I just wish there app was just as good as it is on a desktop or as easy as invoice simple is but it’s not. I hope to see a improvement soon and I will quickly change my review from a 3 to a 5.

Beautiful supportive app to the main Booqable website, however I’d wish you can add more freedom in building a quote where we can add charges and lines and sections not strictly from the add product section. Also if we can customize the price and the charging date just like it’s possible in the main website . But again great full for BooqablePointofSale. It’s great
We love bookable for it’s easy to use functionality. However, BooqablePointofSale itself has some limited functions like not able to update inventory and not able to print out or slips so I still use the full site for stuff like that, but it would be nice to have those features integrated into BooqablePointofSale , otherwise its a great service and i wouldn’t be able to run my business without its inventory tracking
Don’t use BooqablePointofSale! They have no return policy and I accidentally paid for 1 year instead of 1 month. They refuse to return my money. Their program is extremely difficult to use and I’ve wasted hours (during free trial) trying to make it work. Do not give them your money. I promise you, BooqablePointofSale is horrible
