I need to reload every 2-3 months. I’m traveling all the time and don’t want waste 10-20 minutes it takes to re-download and set up. Cheap system and zero ability to over come any hiccup on the main system and god forbid the HR department is doing payroll when I try to do my timesheet, crashes every time! Crap.
An unspecified error has occurred...
Worked as expected for a while but now presents the same error every time I login. It does log into my account because it shows that I have tasks to complete but every selection ends with the same error. Terrible.
If you thought the desktop version was bad...
Very clunky to navigate through, less than half the capability of the desktop version, crashes or is down frequently. Wish my company used a different system.
Much faster than the desktop site
Ever since downloading 2.0 and the updates I have never been able to use the app. After opening the app it just says Opening required applications and stays that way until you close the app. This latest update is worthless.
As all Deltek products it stinks. Not user friendly. When the password needs to be reset. You literally have to start from scratch. I just deleted it. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use the web portal since my company uses this garbage product.
Horrible app, won't let me log in
I enter my credentials into the app and it sits and spins forever. After trying 4 times and letting it spin for over 5 minutes each time, I give up. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.
The app frequently malfunctions. After the latest update, it won’t let me log in at all, saying that it doesn’t recognize the server.
New Update issue
I have an iPhone 11 and ever since the upgrade to version 2.0.5 I cannot log in! Very frustrating when it works for months with Face ID and then you can’t login without it.
No issues but do need to keep updated. I approve time cards with no issue.
No longer works
I used this several times in 2019 to do my timercard when a PC was not available. But now in 2020 it does not work at all, I am able to log in but all I get is a blank screen.
Absolute crap. It may work one day and the next day it won’t work. I have to delete the app and start over. And after all that rework it still won’t work.

Love the new 2.0.0 feature where Okta SSO no longer works. What a wonderful free extra! All we get now is “Your organization does not allow access to the Costpoint Mobile App”. Please fix ASAP!!!
Works until an update then it won’t work. Error message after Sept 2020 update. Company IT has to figure it out. Back to the desktop version for me. Ugh
