I like CostpointTimeandExpense and I don’t understand why the bad reviews. It is easy to use and for being released a year ago. It is working very well

If would give CostpointTimeandExpense a 1/4 of a star. Not sure why companies still want to use DELTEK. There definitely not helping the employee. If seen guys in years there so frustrated using CostpointTimeandExpense. Then go home and take their frustration out on there family. Sad Stuff! If you work for a company that doesn’t use Cost Point (DELTEK). You should thank them everyday!

CostpointTimeandExpense makes time entry easy and efficient. This new version is a significant improvement from previous versions.

Imagine it’s 1980s and some developer wants to creat the best time tracking software for MS-DOS, in his time, windows does not exist let alone smartphones. He lived up to 1980s expectations and 40 years later some UI designer created a piece of art to continue that guy’s legacy. Could you guess the name of that masterpiece? Correct… it’s Costpoint.

This is the worst app ever. I wish we had other options to do time but this is the junk we are stuck with. No point in having a pin or fingerprint because CostpointTimeandExpense isn’t smart enough to let u login without having to renter all your info. CostpointTimeandExpense is horrible.

The only reason this company hasn’t gone bankrupt is because decision makers at companies that use this product are incompetent.

Absolute garbage UI/UX. Nothing is intuitive. They literally hired a monkey as an intern to make this crap. One of my biggest goals in life is to work my way up the corporate ladder just so I can have the power to say to say no to filth like this.

Definitely a much needed update to the mobile application.

A horrible and non intuitive app. It doesn’t even save your log in credentials for an acceptable period of time. I hate the fact that my company insist on using this system.

If there was a way to give CostpointTimeandExpense a negative 5 stars, I would give it! It is the worst! Tell your company to use a different time keeping platform!

One star would be a great achievement for this cumbersome app

As a software developer I am a palled at this abhorrent piece of crap. Seriously, if I wrote software that takes this many clicks to get to what you want I would be fired. Software like this only survives because one person makes the choice for so many. There is no way anyone would use this software passed a “trial.“ There are so many links that don’t do anything and do not explain themselves to you. Everything is obscure. Nothing about this software is self-explanatory. It does not even carry billing numbers from one period to the next. It’s the kind of software that will push you back on your Christian walk if you have one. It really is that bad. It does work but be prepared to have to have extra staff on your Helpdesk in order to get your employees to get their head wrapped around this nonsense. Like my title said this is a case study and what not to do such garbage. I am angry every time I have to open the application. I am so disappointed that this is the choice that we have made. #SwipeLeft

I am an Admin of the T&E and we always have issues with CostpointTimeandExpense. It’s super annoying when employees act like it’s our fault that app is not working. It’s been giving an error constantly, when I talked to the specialist, they advised to update. It fixed the issue like 2-3 weeks ago and now we’re getting same issue. There’s no update available, idk what to do and people are going crazy about CostpointTimeandExpense to me

I need to reload every 2-3 months. I’m traveling all the time and don’t want waste 10-20 minutes it takes to re-download and set up. Cheap system and zero ability to over come any hiccup on the main system and god forbid the HR department is doing payroll when I try to do my timesheet, crashes every time! Crap.

Very clunky to navigate through, less than half the capability of the desktop version, crashes or is down frequently. Wish my company used a different system.

It could get another 2 stars if it actually remembered your credentials or even the "system" name. It could get another if it bothered to put any effort into hiding the fact that it's just a webview.

Ever since downloading 2.0 and the updates I have never been able to use CostpointTimeandExpense . After opening CostpointTimeandExpense it just says Opening required applications and stays that way until you close CostpointTimeandExpense . This latest update is worthless.

Dam app keeps deleting my login information. What pain it is. Especially when needing to update time when pc/laptop is not readily available and on the internet.

As all Deltek products it stinks. Not user friendly. When the password needs to be reset. You literally have to start from scratch. I just deleted it. Unfortunately I have no choice but to use the web portal since my company uses this garbage product.

Worked as expected for a while but now presents the same error every time I login. It does log into my account because it shows that I have tasks to complete but every selection ends with the same error. Terrible.

Much faster than the desktop site

I enter my credentials into CostpointTimeandExpense and it sits and spins forever. After trying 4 times and letting it spin for over 5 minutes each time, I give up. Wish I could rate it 0 stars.

CostpointTimeandExpense frequently malfunctions. After the latest update, it won’t let me log in at all, saying that it doesn’t recognize the server.

I have an iPhone 11 and ever since the upgrade to version 2.0.5 I cannot log in! Very frustrating when it works for months with Face ID and then you can’t login without it.

No issues but do need to keep updated. I approve time cards with no issue.

I used this several times in 2019 to do my timercard when a PC was not available. But now in 2020 it does not work at all, I am able to log in but all I get is a blank screen.

Absolute crap. It may work one day and the next day it won’t work. I have to delete CostpointTimeandExpense and start over. And after all that rework it still won’t work.

Love the new 2.0.0 feature where Okta SSO no longer works. What a wonderful free extra!

All we get now is “Your organization does not allow access to the Costpoint Mobile App”.

Please fix ASAP!!!

Works until an update then it won’t work. Error message after Sept 2020 update. Company IT has to figure it out. Back to the desktop version for me. Ugh

Shouldn’t have to install an additional piece of software (a server) after receiving error related to limited permissions - a MyDesktop error.
