I keep getting "Spotify Error" in the Station Rotation app. This is happening on all the devices in my Spotify Family plan. I've tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I can open Station Rotation, select station but ‘Spotify error’ notification keepes appearing. I’ve uninstalled both apps reinstalled to no avail.

How to fix Station Rotation app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Station Rotation app on iPhone
Update Station Rotation app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Station Rotation iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Station Rotation on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Station Rotation network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Station Rotation not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Station Rotation App
1. On android, goto Settings » Station Rotation » click [Force Stop]

Update Station Rotation to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Station Rotation App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Station Rotation » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Station Rotation.

Fix Station Rotation unable to contact server/ Station Rotation internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Station Rotation » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Station Rotation » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
