A year ago I would’ve rated this app a 5. But now for probably about 4+ months, the loan payment feature to pay from an external account has been unavailable. In order to go around this issue, I have to transfer money from my external account into the savings account I hold at the bank (which I don’t use for anything) then transfer the money from my savings account to my loan. I understand that apps have issues some times and fixes need made, but considering this issue has been happening for months, it’s clear they aren’t really working to fix it. I contacted customer service about it on two separate occasions and all they’ve been able to offer is the work around of using my savings account instead. It definitely adds a level of inconvenience that makes me displeased with the app.

I doubt it is just me experiencing issues. 1st I have to download a new app rather than a simple update. Ok that’s weird but not a big deal, at least it would not have been if I was not locked out of my account. I put in the CORRECT password and was prompted to use an authorization. I opted for my phone number. Immediately I use auto fill from text messages to fill it in. I was instantly locked out of my account. What the actual hell, so now I must goto the bank tomorrow morning since it is already closed for the day. C1st please fix this bug. The inconvenience is not my issue, it is more along the lines of a company making an app then releasing it without proper beta testing. It was right off the login. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk

I was with them for 30 years. They loaned me money for my first apartment. I had $3,000 in my account and they refused my transaction to pay my electric bill. They refused 20 before that. I talked to the branch manager and he did nothing. They closed my account with out my permission. I am not getting a check for 3 months because of there crap. I am disabled and they did nothing to accommodate me. They will never touch a cent of my money again. I also lost my health insurance because of them. I am still thinking about pressing charges.
