App keeps freezing and won’t let me play game

I've been playing Solitarie Cash now for awhile..the only problem I have is when it comes to having to update the app...I click UPDATE then it brings me to the galaxy store(I have a Samsung) so I click there to update ... it asks if I'm over 18, I hit yes...then I click update and I get "Samsung account already exists in another manager" 😡 I've uninstalled the app just now and tried to download it again...but now it won't even let me do that. I keep getting that same damn message! HELP PLEASE 🥺

The game stops loading at around 65% and it won't finish loading.

I tried to cash out on solitaire cash game but when I hit the cash out button nothing happens. So is this just another fake game or what?

Can’t open. Says internal error

Just downloaded app purchased a package went back to app went to club now just have spinning wheel for hours

App loads to 56% and will go no further. I have removed app and reinstalled. I have cleared cache. Removed other apps. Rebooted. At this point I'm thinking it's the app and not my phone storage.

The game hangs up! I push the deck proceed hand and it won't flip to the next card. I lose 15 to 25 seconds on time clock until it finally flips to the next card.

The app doesn't open.

After finishing the tournament I can’t collect the prizes and I have been trying for the past week and still doesn’t work. I have contacted the support team but they haven’t helped me.

I can't open Solitaire cash. It goes to a certain percentage like 57 percent and them won't load. Went into settings and cleared cache via storage. Help!

Time ran out I scored 3200 the highest I have ever scored. It went to s ore screen with no score reported. The music kept playing but game was locked and I can't get out to even start a new game

Solitaire Cash isn’t working on my iPhone app. I can create a new login and play but not as myself. It works just fine on my iPad. I have restarted the app and my computer . I’m not sure what else to do. Please advise. Thanks.

Problem loading app

Won't allow me to enter games. Those buttons all seem to work it freezes out the buttons for the game.

I keep getting a blank green screen after I enter a tournament. I have now lost hundreds of gems and not played any games

Everytime I click to play a hand on the game it just a green screen. I've lost a $1 !and lots of gems. Thanks

I selected a game and goes to screen to lay out cards but only get a green screen. When I drop app and redo it goes to continue game but still green screen only. I have Un-installed and re-installed and still green screen. I have almost 46.00 in app and just a couple days ago made a deposit. Whats up?

The only games I’m allowed to play are 1 dollar and 3 dollar games. Along with the gem games. Why do I only have 4 games now?

It keeps saying invalid address from the withdraw part, but that literally is my current address.

I added $5 and then when i finish the account registration it keeps saying it is having problems when I push the button to get a code sent to my phone so I can finish registering.

Hello to whom it may concern I one 100 500 1000 2000 3000 on your solitary cash game I did not receive it they had a nerve to tell me that PayPal rejected it I called PayPal personally and PayPal told me you guys sit nothing they haven't rejected any thing my PayPal account is a in good standard with them so what's going on on your end is this a fraud do I have to go to the news media and put you guys on blast or are you going to send me my money to my account
