Very disappoined from there service
My friend told me that he is using JioMartOnlineShoppingApp for a while and he is happy as there is free delivery with no minimum order value. So it sounds good and i thought that i should give it a try.
So i downladed JioMartOnlineShoppingApp while downloading i saw the first review about not get the delivery also the cashback and it was very bad, so i told my friend that there is some reviews so what do you think are they fake?
As i sad he was happy so he said yes they are fake
But, when i ordered my groceries for 1st time, guess what i ordered on 8th september and the expected delivery date was 11th of september , okay so there is no problem in it but the delivery date was extended every time and can you believe that my order was never delivered
Today is 26th october and yet they are saying that arriving 27 october
But wait can you believe i ordered one more time on 10 october and guess what it was also not delivered yet 😂
So i dont know what is the problem with them but i am very disappoined with there service and dont want to recommend any one

I have order essential product and time was increased as expected on order details page without informing me.

Please improve these things customer wants delivery on time first then product price as in market there are lots of e-commerce site giving best offers.

Several times there are missing items in my delivery. They do not have customer care executive and your queries are answered by Chat bots who ask you to check items again.

Even customer support are uneducated and can never resolve customers need they are involved in big scam of scamming people on prepaid orders they mark as refund done but never pay you back this customers service and sellers are together in scamming prepaid customers. Use it at your own risk this JioMart App.

I am from Bhubaneswar and I decided to use JioMartOnlineShoppingApp to shop grocery during this covid time. They did not deliver some of my items but charged me for those undelivered items. I tried to reach out them and raised 4 tickets. Each time they gave me false promises like we will deliver the items sir .. we will issue refund and you will get it in 7 days bla bla and this never happens.. They will simply mark the request as complete with out taking proper action on it .. cheater and fraud people.

Grocery items are all right with competitive price. But quality of vegetables are below standard. They are packed with grocery resulting the vegetables are lost or rotton. Besides vegetables should be be despatched immediately after packing.

Good prices and quality of products. There are quite a few negatives though.

1. No Delivery time commitment. Sometimes it comes same day, sometimes 2 to 3 days after placing the order!

2. Refunds from undelivered items are still pending for over 6 months. Customer support is very very poor for such a popular brand.

3. Have escalated to the next level (CS Head) and there has been no response. Will appreciate if someone calls or lets me know whom I should escalate next.

you should keep shoe size , i am not sure about my shoe size , so tentatively i ordered uk5, hope u will replace if there is change in size. Rest all is fine i hope even vegees are of good quality .

App works too slow and one cannot communicate with an executive through phone, Whatsup as we get certain options and get a message only. Mail even is not responded. So issue is not resolved at all.

Not accepting review, why nickname is must? Tried many but each time ‘taken, try again’

No issue with products and delivery. No minimum condition of order that too with no service charge is great.

Ordering portal search column is not effective and menu is not very user friendly....otherwise excellent site to purchase from.

I am a Reliance/JioMart customer for the past 7 years. I am very impressed with JioMart app for order placing, tracking orders and handling customer complaints. Highly recommended.

Delivery date should be either same day or max
Next day and should be pre informed by time slot.

App runs very quickly and prices are very much affordable than other stores

Sometimes the fruits and veggies does not provide varieties.
Also the atta section has no stock of things we need.
Please include variety of veg like brinjal, beans etc

I am ordering groceries from jio app and getting lots of discounts and delivery is free too. So don’t have to drive to buy regular groceries

Good service There is improvement in the items. Better display. Every time I visit them online more items are added to the list. Price is reasonable. Most of the time quality of veggies is good. But sometimes.......

Wide range of products . Reasonable and competitive pricing. Easy navigation and payment . Prompt delivery. Excellent customer support and excellent complaint redressal. Superb.

Was never let down from inception with JioMart’s approach and service to customers. Can easily stand aloft in comparison with Walmart, USA.

I received the same item which i have ordered. I liked it.

Very good service, wide range of products at competitive prices - have been consistently competitive over the last couple of years.
