Excellent app, but…

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love the idea of Natural. It’s a total all in one type of thing where you can shop from just about anywhere. However, it dos have a few bugs I’ve noticed so far. For one, on a recent order I made I used a singular point on Natural for a recent order I made and it took off 100 (aka 100 dollars of spending money.) I contacted customer support and the first guy wasn’t very helpful, he told me I would get a complete refund to my card and that the order was cancelled, but nothing about my points. When I directly addressed the issue with the points he just said the same thing about refunding my card. I asked them to make a ticket over, and he did. The other support agent was really nice and gave me 15$ worth of credit on Natural . The whole issue took maybe 2 hours to resolve which is still fairly quick but wasn’t fun to have to deal with. It’s still a solid app but it’s still new with some bugs that should be worked out.

Does customer support even exist?

Contacted customer service in regards to an issue with a gift I received. Never got a response. Finally was able to claim the gift after randomly pressing on the button at different times of the day. The order seems to be stuck at confirming mode. Customer service does not respond at all via email or message. How can I rely on a service like this when no one can even help me with my inquiries?

Additionally Natural is very slow. I’ve had issues putting items into the cart because it’ll keep saying out of stock when it really isn’t. The home page is very confusing because one day the “buy something” option will be there but disappear the next day, leaving me with no option to buy anything.

Terrible. Not sure when the order will be processed or how if it can even be cancelled at this rate. What a waste of time.

Nice, but still has some work to do

Neat app, my items arrived, however I couldn’t use my credits. Like what good is a credit if you can’t apply it??? There’s zero way of keeping up with the status of an order, my order just showed up one day out of the blue, it’s correct, packaged neatly, no damaged items so I can’t give a fully negative review. I got an amazing deal for signing up. There’s no customer service, no way to contact anyone. Hope they work on Natural better, it would be a huge advancement.

Recap: the only reasons I can’t give 5 stars is: 1: can’t use credits and promo codes together, 2. there’s no customer service/ anyone to talk to.

So. Slow.

Natural runs incredibly slow. Its nor user friendly at all. I think the reason all of these services require different apps is because of how slow it becomes to do it all on one. I downloaded for the 15 off 20 referral, received my order as fast as expected though I got no updates or just kind of showed up. THOUGH now I cannot access or order history to view the receipt. I need it for proof of purchase for a free gift from the company that makes the product I orders. Absolutely nothing on Natural is loading, and I can’t access these details. I didn’t get an email confirmation or anything else I could use to prove my purchase since I logged in with my phone number. Glad to get $15 off but cannot wait to delete it.

This website doesn’t work. It looks beautiful, and Natural has amazing UX, however, the elegance disappears as soon as it actually needs to work. The only thing that works is the ability to charge you, however, don’t count on them actually sending you the products you purchased. Also don’t count on support via email or through their chat to EVER respond to you. Your money will be lost with no recourse from them or Natural Store. I’ve been messaging them almost every day for over a month with no single reply.

I emplore you to don’t fall for their trap and use Natural for any transaction. This is a perfect case study of how NOT to launch a new product.

The worst shopping app ever

This is the second bad review I give to Natural. The first one is about unfriendly user interface and check out process. This one is about shipping and customer support. After I placed my order, Natural shows I will receive my order two days later. But my order never arrived. So I contact app support. A person named Gustavo V replied and told me I will receive one of my order on the 11th, and the other item will send to me as soon as it’s available. But guess what, I never received anything on 11th. So I contact support again. This time no one ever respond. I contacted them 4 times since Feb 12th. No respond at all. In the end I have to dispute the transaction. I will delete Natural and not recommend to any of my friend.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!

You’ll be better off going to store and purchase the household essentials items or ANYTHING else that you will need/ want. First and foremost this company is very “UNPROFESSIONAL” had to contact customer service SEVERAL times about my order. DID NOT receive ANY type of tracking information. The instructions on how to track your order is USELESSNESS. When I finally got a hold to a CSR she still “DID NOT” provide me with my tracking information. If and when your wanting a refund “PLEASE BE AWARE” that they will “ONLY” give you “PARTIAL” of your money back and the other portion in points….SMH…OVERALL the company itself is HORRIBLE and a freaking joke. You look better off “READING” the “REVIEWS” first before you place an order!!!!!

Needs customer support

Update- finally got in touch with someone!!! I think it is a new company and they are finally filling in staff to assist with the purchases. I finally got my refund back and they gave me extra $5 credit in points for taking so long to assist me.

I gave them three stars this time since I did get my orders and they were quick to assist me on my third pick up order. It takes a bit longer for them to make the delivery/ pickup order since it’s a third party.

Previous review:
I am leaving a review for the lack of customer service support there is. Ordered something and never received package. Contacted the support chat and never heard a response. There’s no phone number or anything else in Natural to contact customer support. Natural looks nice but lacks a lot of customer support. I really would like it to work but never going to order anything from here until I get my order resolved.

Terrible app

The idea of Natural is appealing but it stops there. I placed my order on February 22nd and I still haven’t received it as of 03/17. I’ve tried several times to contact customer support but they never respond. At this point I feel like I was scammed. I’m going to give it one more week and if I haven’t received my order or a reply then I will file a claim with my bank.

Do they have customer service?

I have this 3 stars because I’ve placed 3 orders, 1 was canceled, one came but no shipping information, and 1 came but was missing items. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times now and have not gotten a response also I’m told by Natural that someone will respond shortly. The items I’m missing are the things I really wanted, what I received was just going to be a bonus. Based on order comments it doesn’t seem like Natural has adequate customer service reps.

Once your all set up account and all, using Natural is a Simple Press or tap of your finger center screen to speak in your mic or to type ehat youd like. Takes a second to get a hand of how its engine searches for you, But whats youv got the keywords down Your in for a easy breezy Time. ❤️

No customer service

I placed an order well over a week ago. It said delivery would be on the 12th. It is now the 17th and it still says being processed. I tried contacting customer support. Nothing. I feel like they don’t even have a customer support even though there is clearly a chat. My chat has gone unanswered for over 24 hours now. At this point I feel like the whole app is just a scam. Thankfully I used a new timer coupon and only spent like 6 bucks. I would definitely not recommend Natural for anyone in the future and feel like it needs to be taken off Natural Store.

Scam! ! !Don’t use it!!!

Bought something on 2/20 and it says it was delivered on the 22nd, it's getting delayed every day, it says was already delivered on the 28th, but I never get it! ! ! Without a UPS tracking number, I have no way to return it, firstly I never received it (although it shows delivered) and secondly I haven't received any emails from Natural in my mailbox, so I don't have a return label at all? Is my money wasted? Isn't his developer maintaining Natural in this deceptive way lol. Of course its customer service is just a decoration, don't waste your time on it. Rubbish! ! !

Don’t use this app! It’s a hit or miss!

If I can give a 0 star I will do it! I ordered an item on Feb 28 and until now (March 22) I haven’t received my item! Natural has no customer support whatsoever nobody to talk to! I sent a message to their “contact us” and it will direct you to a chat that nobody will response! I sent multiple messages and got nothing! I’ve been asking for a refund and of course I got no response! Horrible! They are offering this $15 off $20 ! Of course because they will compensate that money from orders that they will not fulfill nor give a refund!

Too many annoyances to recommend

I deleted Natural shortly after trying it out. While it’s a great concept, I was put off by several things I was greeted with when I launched Natural . First of all, you can’t listen to music while browsing Natural. Why?! It keeps stopping my music every time I try to start it again. Second, every time I did not allow some annoying feature like notifications, Natural scolded me for it. I’m glad I hid my email from it. I didn’t even bother staying around long enough to try ordering anything.

It’s okay but I’m uninstalling

My first two orders arrived in 2 days with no problem. I sent my daughter the referral link, she made a purchase I never got the $15 for referring her & she never received the $5. I contacted customer support and they said that they would apply the credits, but never did and they just keep sending me the same email over and over that says the same thing. I’m also telling my daughter to uninstall.

Very Poor Communication

I have placed an order for two items back on Feb. 5. One of the items showed up, but note that Natural still doesn’t show it was delivered nor did I receive any tracking information. As for the second item, still no update. I have reached out twice to customer support without any response. Please be warned if you use Natural, you may or may not receive your order. It’s unacceptable for them to take money and not provide any expectation of when you’ll receive your order.

I love this app but there seems to be issues

While Natural is phenomenal, there are ultimately two quarks that need to be fixed…one, being that Natural takes a while to load. And two, seemingly at random Natural frustrates me because it continues to crash on my phone. Not sure if that’s an isolated incident or it’s a bug…hoping you would look at it

Not Worth It … Yet

Natural has promise, but it has some major flaws that need to be worked out before I reinstall this. A major one is that they don’t send you any type of confirmation after you order. No email, no tracking number, nothing. Your package just sorta shows up at a random time. I only received 1 of my 2 items so far and I have no clue if someone stole the other one or if they’re being delivered separately. Listen to the users please!

I easily ordered food from jack in the box but the driver missed a few of my items, I got in touch with customer support and they gave me a full refund within minutes. My first order on Natural and so far so good 👍🏼

A refreshing spin on mobile commerce

I just bought my first meal on Natural. I liked how I didn't have to think about which platform to order from, and just declaring what I wanted using my words was kinda neat.

Typing experience bit slow, wish it was faster. Same for loading content. Also it only supports buying food and shopping (covid??), I wish they did more bc that wokld mean "just saying what I want" to be more useful. If connect to other marketplaces like Faire, that would be kinda cool. Natural is also freaking huge, hopefully that gets smaller.

Overall I'm satisfied ish, some potential, just wish it was faster.

Love the app. Commenting to report a bug

App is amazing. I can see lots of new functionality has been added. I have only found one bug so far, which is somewhat annoying. Background audio is paused when Natural is in use. I think it’s a quick fix. When users order rides or food, they might be on the go listening to music. I think fixing this could be worthwhile. The UI is amazing. I hope Apple buys you guys and adds a pre installed app on iOS that replaces or integrates with Siri. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Solid step in the direction of humane interfaces

Thrilled to finally see a platform that’ll help me declutter the chaos of apps and their notifications on my phone (literally 215 apps on my phone 🤦🏽‍♂️) that seem to be constantly battling for my attention. Could probably use more work on its ASR, but so far it really has been “focus on what you want, not how to get there”.

Excited to see further integrations and intents offered like media streaming (YouTube/Netflix), news (NYT/WSJ) and local retailers / platforms like Etsy.

An ambitious attempt... executed poorly

The developers should really fine tune Natural to do one thing at a time, perfecting each niche as it goes along until it finally does everything. Right now I think the focus of the Natural is stretched too far, and thus drops the ball in many areas. I did, for instance, enjoy ordering food and groceries, especially based on the dish you’re wanting to prepare. Hone this, then move on to booking airline tickets, and Uber rides. Right now, this ai misunderstands easily, and isn’t the most intuitive to use outside of the aforementioned areas.

Natural and the idea is great and the fact that you also get rewarded for your purchase is good too.

I just hope they add more store and services to it, for example ordering food is limited to few restaurant and not everything is there.

Good effort but misses the point

Message to the team working on this:

It’s a brilliant effort. Nice visuals and decent product design.

But by trying to do “everything” it doesn’t end up do much of anything particularly well.

I think it has more to do with the user’s framing then Natural , to be fair. When I open DoorDash I have a very clear idea of what the apps trying to accomplish. There’s no focus with your app though, and it’s confusing from a user perspective.

I know there’s a lot of functionality already built, but I really think it’d be an easier sell to users if you just simplify.

Become an aggregator for food delivery. Or an aggregator for rideshares. Just focus on one genre.

If you master that one, then scale up. Or create another sibling app that focuses on a different sector.

Conceptually great, execution isn’t quite there

I love the idea, but I immediately ran into a few dealbreakers for me. On the food delivery, I didn’t get any discounts I have on my account from My Uber Eats Plus or Dashpash discounts, and I had the same result with Lyft Pink. I would need Natural to take these discounts into consideration when making choices and apply them. I only tried to buy one thing, but my search to buy a “chromecast with Google TV” yielded a bunch of accessories for a chromecast remote, but no chromecast in the top results.

Great app!

Has great customer support, great points system, and great all in one app. Finds cheapest deals, and gets Uber eats and GrubHub to you faster than their actual apps.
(I tested it lol). Even shows you places that show not available on those apps.

No need for multiple memberships anymore

It definitely saves all my trouble about remembering the account info and PW. It’s just so easy to use.
From the moment I’ve been introduced to it, I tell this app all the things I need. Best price, quickest delivery. Awesome!

Charged more than the order total

I found they charged me more the order total and keep telling me it will update after 5-10 business days. But it never does. I contacted the costumer service, they argued that there are some replacement in the order that caused the higher price. I asked more in details and finally they agree to issue refund. Just hope it will really be refunded. Will never use Natural again.
