Had this app for a couple of years. Paid for it annually each time. Every time I opened the app I was solicited to write a review. Had I done it at the time I would have given it glowing reviews. It has many other options than just a photo vault. It was great. That was until I lost my phone. Per Hidden Vaults support page, if something happens and you lose access to your photos, you are supposed to email Kyle, I believe, and he will assist you with regaining access to your pics/data. Sounds simple enough. Well, I emailed Kyle at the email address listed on the support page. No response. I emailed Kyle half a dozen times, if not more. To this day I have not gotten a response. You would think that after paying over $30 per year for several years that a little support would be offered. Particularly when it clearly states that they will assist you. So, if you purchase this app, I’m sure you will be happy with it. Just hope that you never lose your phone, have it stolen, or anything else that would require you to need their help. Because you won’t get it.

So, I like this app. It does what I needed it to do…..but. I open the app and the first photos that I see…( or anyone else who might be looking over my shoulder) are those photos you keep hidden exclusively for yourself and your significant other, if you know what I mean. I want to arrange them to be at the bottom of the photos so you’d have to scroll way down to see them, BUT….. I don’t think this app will let me do that…. I really didn’t think I would have to hide to display a photo of my girl….”with her clothes on “……but I do. Please add the ability to hide further or rearrange the photos to my priorities.

I just begun using the app! So far, with my limited knowledge of this app, I’m still learning to navigate through! It is serving my purpose for hiding some of my most fond pics of treasure pleasure! Thanks for allowing me the use of this app, Kyle! And, I would recommend it to people that just want to keep some things to themselves! Instead of sharing them with the world!
