ASL Sign Language Pocket Sign Status

I can't get past the color orange in colors. When it asks for you to write it down it says it is incorrect when it isn't. It won't let me go to the new sections because it won't say that it is correct. I can't figure out how to get hold of anybody to fix this. Can you help me please? thanks!

I am not receiving new content and have not been for some time. I purchased the app to get the extras. It was great at first but please help me get the content as I am supposed to.

After paying for months and getting more than 3/4 of the way through it, the app does not remember where I left off. It wants to start me at the beginning again as if I have never paid. Each month it has been taken out of my account and I need the certificate by October 1st for work showing it was completed. Please help.

I just recently signed up for pocket sign just a few days ago. I want to cancel the service while still in the free trial period. Cancel my subscription ASAP. KH

I would like to go back and review previous lessons, they do not show up on the app.
