booking #urfh8tfzw1 Oct. 20-29, 2025 at Excellence Oyster bay-upon arrival our beachhouse room 1004 which we requested and confirmed, was not available. We were given BH203, which for 4 nights had no air conditioning, which we informed the office every day. We asked to be moved to another BH or a Villa, which they said they had no availability. we were given BH1001 for a night only. the next day we were moved to room3301 for a night and then moved again to room 3103. UP TO THIS POINT, THESE ROOM MOVES HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HURRICANE . We spent most of our vacation time moving from room to room. That being said we feel Excellence owes us a full refund for inconvenience and frustration. we have been coming to Oysterbay every year since it opened as well as vacationing 2 to 3 times a year at the other Excellences. I look forward to hearing from you. thank you from a very very loyal guest. we are reward guests, having 60+ stays and presently have 13 under the new policy which is Diamond level.

The app’s design and functionality is great. It very clearly listed everything you needed to know during your stay and was quite easy to navigate. A must have during your stay in any of their resorts.
