Ringtone.s Maker for iPhone Reviews

Normally I am a very suspicious person when it comes to these kinds of apps however there was a sound I really really want it as my ringtone. So I took a leap of faith and tried it and believe it or not it was ridiculously easy once I figured out how to operate GarageBand. The easiest thing you can possibly do is just create a sound using a voice memo recorder app and then upload it to your Google drive is an MP4 file and then download it in RingtonesMaker and you are golden

I think RingtonesMaker is overall pretty good. All the other apps I’ve tried wanted me to pay for premium subscriptions, and I don’t think that paying $10 a month is worth a few minutes of downloading a custom-made ringtone. So yes, I would recommend RingtonesMaker! The only thing is- I don’t have Garage Band, or the new Apple update that needs it, so I have to go through and do that first. Garage Band seems to be the best way to do this. Thank you!

I’ve tried a good handful of ringtone makers in the past, and this is by far the best one that I’ve used!

Not only that, but the developers actually listen to you! There was something that I saw that could work really well with RingtonesMaker, and I mentioned it to them, and within a couple of days, they had made that change, and RingtonesMaker is even better because of it!

I’ve dabbled with several ringtone/text tone generators through several iOS’s and can say this brings on no headache,merely furrowed eyebrows at first. I use it to use way too many trimmed Adventure Time sound bites as ring/text tones and have established a fast workflow using Google Drive and Dropbox and NO subscription required.. thank you, app creators 👍

Easy to upload to my Google Drive and select song. Just would love it let you select and part of the song to pull the 10 second sample from instead of just the beginning

How you get ringtones, and how easy it is to add to contacts and stuff is pretty good. However, one thing that could be better is how you edit the video. Maybe a way to fade in and fade out, or a way to do more detailed cutting. All in all I rate this 4 1/2 stars, but since i’m not able to do 4 1/2, I’ll just make it a five star review.

Must download the Garage Band app onto your iPhone. RingtonesMaker uses your music library to have you pick a 30-second snippet of your chosen song. Then it helps you flip the 30-clip into Garage Band where you can shorten it or tweak it. Instructions provided in RingtonesMaker work perfectly.

RingtonesMaker is free and very easy to install. I am using an Iphone 13 pro max and used a song from my playlist without any glitches. I am just very pleased with this free app. Thank you developers for making RingtonesMaker available at no cost.

I’ve had RingtonesMaker for a little bit and I haven’t experienced any bugs so far. It’s just nice to have a free service that doesn’t try to shove a subscription down your throat every 2 seconds

This is the first ring tone app I have been able to use with ease and success. Easy to understand how to load songs and choose the section of the song to utilize.

Fully free using your own downloaded music. Why pay for one when you can easily use this one for free. It was so easy it took me seconds to do. All I wanted was freedom from that brain numbing iPhone chime.

So far so good. Easy to use. Just wish you can search for your music instead of scrolling through every song alphabetically.

Positives - Free with no premium
Negatives - does not work as advertised (ring tones “up to”30 seconds). Any attempt to shorten to a clip less than 30 seconds, defaults back to 30 seconds when saved. This leaves an “unfinished” ringtone affect during use. I would prefer to have the ringtone end where I want it to.

Finally an app to make ring tones from your music library? These people got it right. No need for computer just edit right from your phone. 5 stars!!!

I couldn’t do exactly what I wanted, but it’s completely free and if you have Apple Music you're set to go!! Took less than a minute to figure out and use!!

It’s as easy as the come. It took me about 90 seconds to create my first ringtone from one of my songs. And, as a man, I didn’t even look for any instructions! Love it!

I love RingtonesMaker so much. as a music producer, i have my benefits haha. all i gotta do is save my beats or song remakes to my google drive and then bam i’m done. i can set anything i want as my ringtone

It was easy to use, I figured it out the first time trying. I love that you don’t have to go through itunes to get the ringtone on your phone.
