Positives - Free with no premium
Negatives - does not work as advertised (ring tones “up to”30 seconds). Any attempt to shorten to a clip less than 30 seconds, defaults back to 30 seconds when saved. This leaves an “unfinished” ringtone affect during use. I would prefer to have the ringtone end where I want it to.

How you get ringtones, and how easy it is to add to contacts and stuff is pretty good. However, one thing that could be better is how you edit the video. Maybe a way to fade in and fade out, or a way to do more detailed cutting. All in all I rate this 4 1/2 stars, but since i’m not able to do 4 1/2, I’ll just make it a five star review.

Normally I am a very suspicious person when it comes to these kinds of apps however there was a sound I really really want it as my ringtone. So I took a leap of faith and tried it and believe it or not it was ridiculously easy once I figured out how to operate GarageBand. The easiest thing you can possibly do is just create a sound using a voice memo recorder app and then upload it to your Google drive is an MP4 file and then download it in this app and you are golden
