How to fix Tread app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tread app on iPhone
Update Tread app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tread iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tread on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tread network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Tread app issues:

Force Stop the Tread App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Tread app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Tread to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tread App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Tread app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Tread.

Fix Tread unable to contact server/ Tread internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Tread » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Tread » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tread on android.
