Purchased Kinsey Art tickets at the SoFi Stadium online for Sunday, 06/24/23 (Today is Saturday, 06/24/23). Downloaded the app. App won't open Error message: OOPS something wrong on our end, Can't access tickets.

I got tickets from CBS2 TV station, which sent me the tickets via Ticketmaster. I created the account and downloaded the Sofi Stadium app on my phone. When I tried to open the app, it keeps giving me the error message stating that something is wrong at their ends. How could I ge the access to the app? Without using the app, there is no way of checking my tickets in my account. Thanks.

Opps error keeps appearing no matter where you go, on Wifi or on 4G/5G pops up with an error
