SoFiStadium doesn’t work at all. Been trying to reset password and it keeps dumping me back into an infinite loop. 1) click on the reset password button on app login screen 2) do you want reset email screen comes up 3) yes 4) app sends reset email. 4) click on reset button in the email 5) go to step 2 6) repeat forever
This is horrible! Don’t buy anytime tickets! You can’t redeem them!!

Great app for planning your visit but useless at SoFi itself due to inability to connect to the stadium’s WiFi. I downloaded SoFiStadium for the BTS concert and the entry gate information in SoFiStadium was more accurate than what Ticketmaster provided.
The instructions are a bit confusing on exactly what is required to accept a transferred Ticketmaster ticket. But after having to change passwords to get my Ticketmaster account to link to the SoFi app, it worked out.
Great to have SoFiStadium! Made finding my way around the stadium much easier. Easy to use.
