How to fix WEST app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WEST app on iPhone
Update WEST app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WEST iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WEST on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WEST network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WEST Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WEST not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WEST App
1. On android, goto Settings » WEST » click [Force Stop]

Update WEST to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WEST App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WEST » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WEST.

Fix WEST unable to contact server/ WEST internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WEST » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WEST » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WEST
