Impossible to use

I could not perform a payment, the only option available was a gift card. I cannot create an account from YorckKinogruppe (just in case that would help for the payment). You have to know that you must leave 2 places free at your side, otherwise you will get an error, in this sense the website is more clear. However the website selection of the seat place does not work from Chrome or Safari (you select a place and if you touch again the screen to scroll down you lose the selection). I will have to wait to be home to use my laptop, one needs really a strong will to buy a ticket!!
And when I tried to submit this feedback through the option in YorckKinogruppe , I got an error and I couldn’t, hilarious 🙂
