RRBBQ requires me to login when I’m placing my order when I am already logged in. When I attempt to login, gives me an error. Proceed with resetting my password and never got the token to my email address. Tried several times but nothing. Very inconvenient and not user friendly if you can’t order your food and when needed.

No complaint about the food, but RRBBQ is horrible. The magic link will sign me into RRBBQ , but it’s just a shell for the website. The magic link won’t sign me into the website within RRBBQ . This two layered setup makes it completely unusable. I have to order through my browser instead. Why download RRBBQ then? I’d rather have the option to set and enter a password than try and use RRBBQ with an unhelpful “magic” link.

I would say that the last 5 times we have been here they have been out of Turkey. Let time they were also out of brisket. 7:00 on a Wednesday and you are out of turkey? 6:00 on a Friday and you are out of Brisket?? Who is running these places that you run out of options before the dinner rush?? We love the food when it’s available. Dissapointing

I downloaded RRBBQ to redeem a referral reward someone sent me. I have many complaints. RRBBQ needs a lot of work to become more user friendly and intuitive. Note: I used to be a software tester for an app and RRBBQ really makes me sad lol.

I couldn’t apply the reward to my order within RRBBQ . How does this work? Is it just impossible and I have to send my order on RRBBQ and then show a person my reward when I get there? That would mean I have to wait even longer when I arrive for pickup for them to make the reward wings.

The online ordering process through RRBBQ takes you to an online browser which can cause zoom in/out issues that others have complained about. Once I completed my order a dialogue pop-up appeared at the bottom saying something like, “check out!” Then it quickly disappears and doesn’t tell you how/wear to check out. I could not easily figure out where to check out at all.

There’s too many links and it feels like clutter once you do start to order and it navigates you to the online browser section. Why have an app and then only use it to navigate to a browser set up? It makes things confusing for the user and causes some of the bugs people described. I think it’d be difficult to make this work well.

I eventually gave up and ordered on the phone. An app should be easy and intuitive for people. Looks like they could use a team of testers to help work out these issues.

I registered for an account and it shows I am logged in. Then I choose my order and then go to checkout. It then asks me to login which is odd because I was already logged in, then I get an error message saying unable to process. I have uninstalled then reinstalled RRBBQ and tried numerous times. I guess R&R BBQ isn’t going to be happening for dinner tonight.

I love R&R, and my rating should not be construed to reflect on the company as a whole. The food is delicious, curbside ordering is wonderful (especially for healthcare workers in a pandemic when the customers inside these days are always so... pushy and rude), and the staff is always incredibly pleasant and helpful.

RRBBQ is really disappointing, though. It’s nice to receive “rewards”, but it’s frustrating that there’s no way to redeem them when placing an order in RRBBQ . R&R’s customer service is quite responsive, but their answer is that I need to order in person (not a thing during a pandemic when curbside is the whole reason for having RRBBQ ) or call the order in. I’ve tried calling my orders in several times, and it becomes an exercise in frustration for both me and the wonderful R&R employees. Thus far, none of them have had any idea how to redeem a reward over the phone. A few times, they’ve managed to figure it out after almost ten minutes of asking colleagues and playing around with their system, but most of the time, I’ve just apologized and decided to get food elsewhere. It’s a pity, and I hope this shortcoming can be fixed!

App is hard to use with links scattered throughout RRBBQ making it very user unfriendly. Current orders are not saved if you ever back out of the Order Now section and the Kids menu is hidden throughout the menu sections instead of having its own section. The store phone number was incorrect on the store for the Midvale location and is instead the Farmington locations number. RRBBQ would be great with a little work and user feedback. Very excited to see the future updates on it.

Nice store. Friendly people at the counter. Good smells. Food - mashed taters are awesome, ribs and turkey are great, brisket- a little tough and all the fat was completely rendered out, so it wasn’t very moist or juicy. I’ve had their brisket before and it was pretty good. This time not so much.
Good restaurant though. Nice staff. And the clean tables and bathrooms were noticeable

I’ve been raised with fine bbq my entire life.. R&R is the best! So good they catered my rehearsal dinner with our friends & family from Australia, Korea and all over the US. Everyone flipped!!!

I love their orders are fast for pickup and the rewards are awesome. Most restaurants give a free drink but this program can be nachos, sandwiches, etc

The staff and food is always great. I suggest getting RRBBQ . They always have great deals.

In order to get rewards RRBBQ asks for debit card or credit card info.

There are a lot of food options that we LOVE!! Sure to find something for everyone.

Check your orders before you leave the store. Something is usually off. I was missing a bottle of their sauce that I paid for.

I am having trouble opening the R&R app. I just get the “spinning wheel”.
If I delete RRBBQ and reinstall it, will that help? I am concerned about losing data, particularly points.

Please help.

My wife and I believe R&R is hands down the best in Utah! In our experience anyways. Great service many flavors and variety to choose and taste! We’ve tried them all and no disappointment here!

Food is always amazing, But RRBBQ is terrible. It links you to the website to order, you can’t redeem rewards on orders from RRBBQ (which is kind of the point?!), and you can’t pay with a gift card or do a pay in store option. RRBBQ does nothing but try to hinder you from getting the delicious food.

Excellent service! Our food served quickly and hot! Darling atmosphere! Checked all the boxes for a return visit.
