Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Koo app issues:

Force Stop the Koo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Koo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Koo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Koo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Koo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Koo.
