How to fix Koo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Koo app on iPhone
Update Koo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Koo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Koo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Koo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Koo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Koo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Koo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Koo » click [Force Stop]

Update Koo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Koo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Koo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Koo.

Fix Koo unable to contact server/ Koo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Koo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Koo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
