- Display is so small you can barely see where things are located

- Does not do full screen on tablets

- Hard to navigate and missing features that are useful

- Cannot attach bills or paperwork to messages

- Just ugly and poor interface all around

- Won't let me create my account

when I try to log in, I get a page that says 'uh-oh, we couldn't load this page at the moment' Village Medical has been no help whatsoever. they asked me to change the password (and several of the emails they sent me went to the regular log in page and not to the password change page). changing the password didn't make any difference. they had me change the email address used to log in and that made no difference. I tried to log in using a different browser. I updated the link I use to get to the patient portal, which also made no difference. my wife can get into her portal on her computer. Village Medical told me they have no tech department to help me, but then finally said they will submit a ticket to Athena for resolution. this will take 2-3 business days (and this is Friday!)
