Worst app possibly out there for a medical place. Display is so small you can barely see where things are located. Does not do full screen on tablets. Hard to navigate and missing features that are useful. Cannot attach bills or paperwork to messages. Just ugly and poor interface all around.

I’d give this zero stars if I could.
I know 100% I’m putting in the right email / password for my info. But it keeps telling me the email doesn’t exist in the system when it damned well does. Help line is useless as NO ONE ANSWERS. Why is VillageMedical even out if it’s this useless?? FIX. IT. I’m sick and tired of having to go through the website that lags and barely lets me use it for freaking virtual visits. But somehow that’s still more useful than VillageMedical. 🙄🙄🙄

I’d like to start off by saying I NEVER write reviews because it just isn’t very important to me. Now this company is an absolute disgrace! If you need to speak to your doctor or anyone at your doctors office it is not possible. You could be in a literal life or death moment hingeing on speaking to your Dr or even someone at the front desk and it’s not possible. After an incident where I needed to speak to my dr about a prescription while out of town they refused to let me talk to my Dr. After begging and pleading to speak to someone I was “transferred to my doctors office” I thought my issue was handled until my prescription never came through as indicated when I talked to the “office” I called back the next day after confirming the pharmacy had nothing for me. I spoke to the same guy and who has the intelligence of maybe an 8th grader (begging and pleading once again) and I hear the girl sitting next to him say “just transfer him to me again” and I proceeded to lose my mind entirely. The amount of disrespect and audacity in a situation where I desperately needed my pain medication to transfer me to his co worker and pretend to be my office was vile, repulsive, unprofessional, and and absolute disgrace. I have never wished for a company to go out of business more than village medical. When I drove to my doctor because that was my literal only option he expressed this was not the first time he has heard of this happening. Needless to say I will never in my life use village medical for anything as long as I live. I hope someone sees this and truly listens to how big of an issue this is.

Clunky app. Tried to write a message to my doctor and when the keyboard came up I couldn’t even see the letters I was typing, it blocked the whole field.

Easy and quick to use, but the lack of apple health record integration, like MyChart, is disappointing.
Integration allows for quick and easy comparison to old and new health records.

I have changed my number BUT it seems there’s no way to change my number on VillageMedical
The doctor has my number but it won’t get changed on VillageMedical

The medication section lacks useful details.
It will tell me the name and date it was prescribed but not what pharmacy it was sent to (I have two in my profile, only one of which shows in VillageMedical ) or how it was transmitted. If I call the pharmacy, they ask if it was faxed or sent electronically and when. The date prescribed is not useful for refills.
To use the in-app feedback you have to have Apple’s native email app installed. I don’t use that.

After a year with VillageMedical I still can’t access the portal through it. Says email or password is wrong. But will work through the website. What’s the point of having this
