Dear Mr. Turnbull, I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my Pro paid subscription after upgrading my device. I recently moved from an iPhone 13 to a new iPhone 17, and I am having trouble accessing the premium features I previously purchased. I’m only able to access the free version, and it asking me to pay again for the Pro version. Could you please provide instructions on how to restore my Pro status on my new device? This app is trash any one else saying other wise were paid to do so our are AI…didn’t even swing my club and there was a tracer drawn 5 seconds before swinging and when I did swing my club the line was no where accurate to the path of the ball

Functions only some of the time

I had high hopes that I would be able to use this app on the golf course to track my ball. I can’t even get it to track on practice swings in the backyard less than 2% of the time. I am extremely hopeful that you will fix this, so that it will make it a more enjoyable app to use.
