Newest update caused a crash and now I'm unable to use USB connection. It refuses to connect and just says "inactive". Now I'm forced to use wi-fi which I don't like because of potential lag issues. :(

The app doesn't pick up my camera. I've enabled developer options and USB debugging, connected USB, which is charging the phone. But I don't have any image in the app. Please, help.

have app and camo studio loaded - phone is 6 month old oppo - USB access - Can't make a connection and "your device does not support Camo" keeps popping up?

I have everything set up, but when opening the app while its all plugged in the app immediately closes after opening and I have done the "Camo has errors/crashing/not working" thing just in case, but no change. I'm doing a lil android to windows connection thing

Close and restart the Camo app on iPhone
Update Camo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Camo iPhone app

To resolve Camo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Camo app issues:

Force Stop the Camo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Camo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Camo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Camo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Camo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Camo.

Fix Camo unable to contact server/ Camo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Camo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Camo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Camo on android.
