How to fix BO6 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BO6 app on iPhone
Update BO6 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BO6 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BO6 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BO6 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix BO6 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BO6 app issues:

Force Stop the BO6 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BO6 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BO6 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BO6 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BO6 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BO6.

Fix BO6 unable to contact server/ BO6 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BO6 » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BO6 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BO6 on android.
