Slow and dysfunctional

App is completely useless, made the order at 6:15 and after an hour there were no updates so I contacted the Resturant and they said they would deliver it if I made the order through the phone and the waiter there will deliver it. It arrived at 8:15, with no apology or excuse.
2 hours to deliver a meal that was cold as hell. Ur better off using dependable apps and restaurants that actually hold driver and restaurants accountable for mistakes.

لقد قمت بالطلب علي التطبيق وسحب المبلغ من البطاقه الائتمانيه. لكن التطبيق لا يوضح اذا تم قبول الطلب ام لا ولا يوضح الحاله الطلب.
خدمه العملاء لا يردون. الحمد لله ان الطلب كان بمبلغ بسيط ما اتخيل شركه بحجم this app تطور تطبيق سيئ بهذا الشكل
