USBankInstantCard is very glitchy for me. First I set my password, then it told me the one I entered was wrong (it couldn’t be as I copy & pasted it). I then did the password reset & USBankInstantCard locked on that screen and wouldn’t do any reset. Force close & reopen - same issue. Delete app and reinstall - I was able to reset the password and get in. Then I tried to add the card to my
Apple pay, error. Tried manually without USBankInstantCard , error. Deleted USBankInstantCard and reinstalled, now the card will add to my ApplePay.

USBankInstantCard has no support number in it. I called US Bank who was very nice, but unable to help.

I never received the OTP in my email. There is no number to contact for assistance. This is frustrating!

You make an account and then it says it doesn’t recognize username or password. Your boss or wife keeps breathing down your neck, wondering why you haven’t received the payment yet.

Unable to create an account. Keeps says incorrect password and username. Tried contacting US Bank and they were unable to help or point me in the right direction. Extremely frustrating.

you CANNOT GET THE OTP SENT TO YOU. you’ll type your email in and sit there in groundhog day. PLEASE FIX IT.

Cant use my old password can’t use my new password. So what do I use

I had no issues logging in, but i'm unable to add the card to my apple wallet.

This thing is dumb lol I change my password and it won’t let me use the new one and says incorrect credentials

At the password creation screen it won’t let me save. I’m basically unable to create an account. Terrible experience.

Big companies PLEASE do not use. It has been so inconvenient for every employee. I got a new phone and they cannot transfer over any of my money my company gave me. They are saying the amount they gave me is incorrect. I have data proving that it’s the correct amount they have given me. I lost thousands of dollars. Not to mention the time I put into this. This is the worst app ever. Don’t bother using this.

USBankInstantCard is bad man It don’t even function. I’ve been trying to get a OTP sent to my email for verification for the last 2hours, I’ve even tried to make a new email it’s still not functioning. Please fix your app.

There is something wrong with how USBankInstantCard and the back-end validate authentication - from the first attempt to use it, it just doesn't work. Extremely frustrating.

I can’t even set a password and start using USBankInstantCard . I’ve tried setting a password multiple times following instructions and the submit button is still greyed out. Deleting and reinstalling USBankInstantCard doesn’t work.

I can’t set my password for a new account to access the digital credit issued to me. I’ve closed USBankInstantCard multiple times. I’ve deleted USBankInstantCard and re installed. I’ve used Apple passwords and entered passwords manually. This is a complete waste of time…but it’s the only way to access this credit card.

The interface on USBankInstantCard is poor and not user friendly. The login always gives you problems and makes the process very frustrating. When I called customer service they were of little help and was a complete waste of my time.

I don’t understand why it’s not allowing me to register like I can’t even get the account to even let me in

I just been trying to sign up for this instant card that I received in my employee email. However, I cannot get the OTP code. I haven’t received it in my email. Please fix this bug. So that I can do this. And activate this virtual card.

This application requires user to have an account with U.S. Bank Commercial Payments before it can be registered for use. This is stated in the details for USBankInstantCard.
